How sure can someone be of a Celebrity's rising sign? I have seen actor Sean Penn under three different ascendants, one as cancer, another as sag and another as Scorpio. Plus I've seen Robert Deniro under two different ascendants as well as Ed Norton and Ethan Hawke.

so many conflicted info out there, thats why i dont bother believing any of them- i would say assume a celebrity's rising sign would most likely have an easy aspect to the sun sign...
usually putting the sun in the 1st, 5th, or 10th..."LOOK AT ME" a need to leave some sort of mark..or at least gain fame..

I have the worst time trying to figure out the rising of celebs and some people I like. I'll always assume they're a Libra rising, because I think Libra rising rocks. But they can't all be Libra rising, can they?

I do think the captions are funny when you click on a celebrity; it's very opinionated.
