Am I still the ASCENDANT and He ruler of 7th or does it reverse since I am asking about his feelings?

In horary, the person who's asking the question is _always_ represented by the 1st house, and the person being asked about, is represented by the 7th house if he is a partner or your husband, the 5th house if he's a casual fling, or the 11th house if he's a friend.
