I can't believe I'm saying this, but this person who I used to date just miraculously re-appeared in my life last week. I've mentioned him here numerous times, especially right after the split which happened last year in March. His name is Gordon (he's the Virgo Sun/Gemini Moon/Scorpio rising), and he has Asperger's Syndrome plus numerous other neurological conditions/disorders. This is why the split happened, actually. He was dealing with his medical issues and had no energy for a relationship.

Last week I came out of my office to get some hot water for tea, and there he was, waiting. We talked and chatted just as easily as ever, and I ended up leaving the office early in order to visit with him some more. Since then, I've seen him a couple more times. I'm still in shock, kind of, because I never expected that this would happen. I hoped it would, because we had a very nice relationship, but I really had no expectations. In fact, just recently I contacted an astrologer I know in NYC for a reading to help me really examine my life/move on/make some progress spiritually. I discussed Gordon with her and she helped me to understand his Moon/Saturn/Neptune t-square. This is a difficult configuration signifying deep fear of that which one wants most -- on one level anyway. We talked all about how this relationship helped me deal with my intimacy issues/issues of self worth and so on. We talked about plenty of other things too, but the experience with Gordon was touched upon because the relationship itself brought up lots of big issues for me.

I thought I'd share my observations on the transits/solar arcs/progressions that are active for me right now, because this is an interesting case to study --- it's a very big event for me, really.

Now with progressions I don't have a whole lot going on. The one thing I do have is transiting Jupiter is a couple degrees past my progressed Ascendant, but it is moving backwards now so sometime in mid June it will conjunct my progressed AC by retrograde motion (and then eventually it'll contact it again by direct motion). I do have some other progressed activity coming up, most notably a progressed Moon/Mercury conjunction & a progressed Moon/Mars square (Mars rules my 7th house). And next year I will have a progressed new Moon at 4 Taurus in the progressed 6th house but conjunct the DC...the progressed new Moon (PNM) falls in my natal 7th right on my vertex. This is rather interesting. But none of this stuff is really active now -- it will be late this year, early next.

Transit-wise because I have the Sun natally in late Pisces, Moon in late Sag, and Pluto in late Virgo, transiting Pluto is contacting that little trio right there (by conjuncting my Moon, and squaring my Sun/Pluto opposition). Also, I have natal Venus/NN in Aqua and natal Saturn at 18 Taurus, so transiting Neptune is contacting that configuration. Lots of heavy hitting activity, but there weren't any triggers (fast moving planets activating the slower aspects) on the day of the reunion.

This brings me to my final observation, my solar arcs were definitely the indicator here. They do say SAs are more indicative of biographical events in the life...and I have SA MC=Venus and SA MC=Saturn going on right now, indicative of important contacts, relationship, professional/destiny change, focus, significant development. The MC=Venus arc is particularly indicative of romance.

Anyway, I just wanted to share this with you all...anyone having any stories to share about reunions and what was going on for them at the time astrologically, please do share!

It's so great to see you really exploring that Solar Arc Directed, and finding more and more cool stuff. I'm telling you, I've never had a "prediction" come so close as when I worked a little with the Solar Arc. Still don't understand a darn thing about how to do the interpretations, but they just feel right, don't they?

And it's funny you had that person from the past just pop up when they did cuz the same happened to me. I know we have some Libra energies in common. I'm gonna do a simple Transit Chart to see what I see :::

Well ... it's interesting. Friends have to do with the 11th. And that's the only thing which had a beginning Transit to my Natal which meant anything like that. Most intersting is Transiting Uranus JUST starting to enter my 11th House!

Also, my North Node has been in my 11th for a while, but just entered the Aries Cusp, maybe that accounts for that "suddenly" feeling.

I don't see any triggers by Aspect either.
