March 23rd?... I am Pisces born later on March 19th. Some astrology sites say that Pisces turns on the 20th and some say 21st!!... As far as I am concerned I am a Pisces with Aries tendancies and do believe in cusps!!!!! I am a cusp so take it from me I am both. LOL I am a Pisces but I can be very selfish depending on the situation. But both Arians and Pisces are very loving people. The march born on 23rd person if they were born earlier in the day I would consider it a cusp!
