At first glance, I'm intrigued by that stellium in Scorp in the 5th, but that Leonine Saturn in the 2nd is squaring Neptune and Mercury. And Saturn is also exactly conjunct my natal Mars...don't know what the heck to make of that.

Do the cadent houses represent late Spring/early Summer in terms of time periods?

Any and all info is welcome and greatly appreciated.

The top chart is the Solar Return, the bottom one is the Natal and Solar combined.

Your Solar Return (energy for your birthday year) indicates a strong focus in the 5th house (self-expression, also dating, performing arts) while your transit chart indicates a strong focus in the 7th house (relationships). If you are not married, this might be a time to become married. If you are married, perhaps this has to do with doing some type of performances or developing your hobbies for others in some way.

When you say my transits are focused in the 7th, are you talking about the solar return planets that are involved in that Solar Return stellium in the 5th activating my natal 7th? And is there any way to pinpoint time frames with this information?

And, alas, I am single so the marriage prospect is extremely compelling but not bloody likely...

Could this portend the arrival of a possible mate or is it more of a what's-already-there-will-solidify kind of situation?

The Solar Return indicates what you are focusing your attention on in the year. With a focus on the 5th house in your Solar Return this could be a good time for dating. The transit chart was for June 8th around your birth chart. The strong focus in the 7th indicates there is a focus on "relating" in some way. While marriage is a possibility, that always depends on the other person! But combining the two charts does indicate that if you work at your dating you might have some long-term relationships. There are ways to pinpoint times but I have never found them useful: I just work on using the energy of the moment as best I can!
