Node  I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. A girl I knew in highschool commited suicide this past Saturday. I'm almost positive she was a Scorpio too. Only 19. I wonder if there are any transits making this a particularly difficult time for people of Pluto influence.IP: Logged |

I'm terribly sorry to hear about your loss today. Unbelievable! Sorry, but I'd be really freaking about this. Scorp obsessed with death? Jupiter is retrograding right now in Scorpio and I believe it may be a tough time for our Scorps who may feel that life is standing still....without progress. Then again, Scorpios can get stuck in that emotion rut that can create a boundary of desperation sometimes, but not a normal thing for your average Scorp who need lots of sleep, food & sex (just like their Taurus opposites).IP: Logged |

I'm sorry, too. Suicide is so heartbreaking...I was best friends with a scorpio guy (sun and mars; leo moon and rising) who was so close to commiting it (about 7 months ago and it was very early in the morning- he never sleeps) but I just so happened to call to see how he was doing and thank god I talked him out of it. It was terrible- we were both crying so hard and we grew very close after that. You would never guess that he was depressed...He would act really happy around people and he played varsity football and baseball. He told me that he blamed himself for his friends death and that's why he was so depressed. He shouldn't have blamed himself because it clearly wasn't his fault. I think there was something else under the surface but he just wouldn't tell me.

Node,I am very sorry to hear about your loss. As you know, when someone is suddenly taken out of our life who had been there on a daily basis, a loss is created in our life. Kevin had 3 surgeries on his knee. They didnn't work. He was into Asian disciplines. Darkness. The Misfits, Mr. Bungle, Fantomas, Dillinger Escape Plan, TOOL, Mike Patton. Very Physical,spiritual. when he couldn't use his body to release anger he had to take more and more of his bi-polar meds. A few weeks ago his girlfriend found him at the bottom of the basement stairs that led to his bat cave. He had fallen, lost conciousness, and broke his elbow. He did not have a good family relationship, plus he pretty much was angry at everyone and everything. He was intense, argumentative. Intelligent, and questioned everything. I cared for him alot. How heartbreaking! He was a year younger than my brother who is also a Scorpio, so I just can't imagine...
Teens and early twenties can be so volatile sometimes, I wish he could have known that if he just "hung in there" his life and perspective would have been so different later on.
I know a lady whose 15 year old son shot himself over the holidays; and she came home and found him. I don't think her life will ever be the same. It seems that he was going through period depression because his dad wasn't involved in his life and he felt unloved by him. (His mom later found journals where he had written about his sadness). She also found out from his classmates that his english teacher had called him a "loser" in front in the class after he had forgotten an assignment and had been very harsh with him right before Christmas break. It seems like so many little things just compounded and he acted on it. His mom's heart breaks every day because she had no idea how depressed he was.IP: Logged |

I am so sorry to hear about your loss  Suicide is one of the hardest things a person will ever have to cope with. On November 24, 2004 (the day before Thanksgiving), my friend committed suicide, and it was one of the most traumatizing moments of my life. I hadn't seen her for almost 2 years and only knew her for a few months, but it was still very scary. She was born March 23, 1989. She was always in a good mood and was always perky and fun. She was very pretty too, probably the most beautiful person I had ever met. I never even saw any signs of depression until I read her blog a few months after her death. It was all very shocking.I am soo sorry about your loss, and I hope all goes well. May he Rest In Peace. ------------------

Thanks Tim you many virgoed sweetheart. I've been working on the transits. Leo, Aquarius, Scorpio, Taurus.... all the fixed signs are in a bit of a pressure zone lately. I have focused on Asteroids alot lately. Karma stuff. But I think the concentration of his houses, and the below internal nature speak volumes. IP: Logged |
