What is the significance of eros and mars being in the 4th house in Scorpio of the composite chart?

What if one of us has a scorpio moon, sun, and mars in our natal?

Off the top of my head, I'm thinking this relationship would be more comfortable for the one with the Natal Scorpio influences, but overall, the entire Composite should be considered as a whole.
