Topic: Compassion, Angel & Aura - Asteroids

Springing off from the recent thread on empaths, there was mention of these Asteroids ... hey ... look ... I'm NOT that crazy about going down a dizzying list of Asteroids -- therefore, really not starting this thread to compile them ... ... but thanks to time management and Libran lust (shhhhh, she said lust ....), I had to do a Synastry Wheel with these. I wanted to see if these Asteroids would add up to anything within a sexually-charged and/or romantic arena. I'm questioning if one of the ways sympathy differs from empahy is in our physcial experience. That is to say, approach the two from a physical side. Sympathy? Eh .... it's more like you can sympathize in your head, for conversation, within a social arena ... ... but empathy makes your body stop. You have a more dominantly physical reaction. I emphathize, therefore, I can act in order to reach out to the other person ... That's why I wonder if these 3 Asteroids are found in Synastry where there is profound physical comfort when together. I tried this with a few male and female friends I've felt this with, and I was surprised (very VERY surprised) at some Synastry stuff. For cynics ... keep in mind, these "woo hoo" moments don't arrive with just any given Asteroid. You'd know if you've tried it, and that's why we're here ::: ::: Compassion = 8990

I also caught a few interesting Aspects with these Asteroids in my Natal, but I really just wanted to skip that to the gooooooood stuff ...

PS: Is there a basic rule about Asteroids, in that, Conjunctions are the only ones that really need to be focused on when starting out? And MAYBE Oppositions?I've heard mixed on this, but also for practical purposes. I consider Asteroids to support what the larger Bodies & Points are already saying, so to me, it makes more sense. And also, so many details can be so NOT fun to those who wanna play along .... ------------------

When punching in those asteroids I did find that my sun forms a grand trine with Aura and Compassion....hmmmm.**That also means that my aura conjuncts my boyfriends sun and my compassion conjuncts his moon. Awesome!  IP: Logged |

Interesting DL - don't see many aspects between mine and his charts; however we too both have Grand Trine wth these three asteroids

Examples and connections I found based on true-to-life experience, not a projection or offhand prediction :::* Someone I know seems to be an angel when they are talking, like, I can't stop looking at them no matter who they are talking to. When they finish talking to me, it takes me a second to pull myself out of the daze. It doesn't matter what they've said, they always appear so angelic when they talk. They also have a good mind for listening = they've got Angel Conjunct Mercury in their Natal. OK - forget what I said about Conjunctions only ... I just now looked to see if their Angel had any Aspects to my Chart, and it is Trine my Mercury -- well, they would be since our Mercury's were Trine to begin with -- but it's just an aftershock worth noting.
Another example:
* There's someone who has a very very calming affect on me. Their Aura is Conjunct my Mars. This might not sound significant, except my Mars is the Focal Point of a very stressful T-Square, and this Mars is part of a Scorpio Stellium in the nervous 6th House. Their Aura Conjunct my Mars? THAT'S got me thinking. Gotta look at some more. ------------------

Ok - so far I've got Angel = person can do no wrong when they speak Aura = very relaxing affect
Just saw something else, back to the person who, to me, talks like an angel, this same person has always been very uncomfortable with the way they speak, sort of, lacking in self-esteem there. And how ironic is THAT since when they speak they are completely angelic to me? = My Natal Compassion is Conjunct their Natal Mercury/Angel Conjunction.
OK - now I'm trippin' for sure ... ... be right back ... (Hey Handsome Libra dude!!! what did you say your poison was? Aged Scotch? How 'bout a round for us all, it's been a rough weekend around here ...) ------------------

I was open to checking out.
My gal's Angel in 22'31 Taurus and my Venus in 21'47 Scorpio square Compassion in 22'54 Aquarius forms a T-Square.
Her Mars in 25'29 Aries trine Aura in 25'58 Sagittarius and my Mars in 25'54 Aquarius trine retrograde Angel in 27'43 Gemini form a Mystical Rectangle. That also mean that my Mars is on her Mars/Aura midpoint. Her Compassion in 25'50 Pisces square Aura in 25'58 Sagittarius and my Juno in 26'26 Virgo square Angel in 27'43 Gemini form a Grand Cross. Her Midheaven in 22'41 Sagittarius and my Compassion in 22'54 Aquarius trine Aura in 22'37 Libra form a Minor Grand Trine. That also means that her Midheaven is on my Compassion/Aura midoint. Her Angel in 22'31 Taurus quincunx Midheaven in 22'41 Sagittarius and my Aura in 22'37 Libra form a Yod. She and I have strong synastry overall with these asteroids.

I love astrologers that think outside the box. :-)
BTW...I have been using asteroids since 1999. conjunctions,oppositions,squares,semisquares,and sesquiquadrates work with asteroids..I would even say the quincunx,semisextile too...I would take geometrical aspect patterns into account too. Just have to see what you feel comfortable with and if it works.

Do you have any individual interpretations...and do you know if AURA asteroid has to do with your 4 foot layer psychic aura around you. Here mine:Compassion in Leo in the 11th House Angel in Libra in the 2nd House Aura in Aries in the 8th house. ------------------

Resurrecting an old thread...Was looking at my Compassion which lands in my 9th in Cancer 2*orb conj MC, 5*orb conj Saturn, in a grand trine with Angel and Jupiter. Not sure what it means completely but will think about it. Interesting to notice them in transit at the moment...
All at a 1*orb or less, I have:
Angel conj Mars H9
Compassion conj Moon/Chiron H7
Aura conj Sun/DC H7 (end H6) Interesting that I would seek out info at a time when they were so highlighted.

Aura Cap H4 conjunct: Jupiter 4*, Venus 2*, Lilith 3*, Ceres 5*, IC 2*
