Sorry about those 4th house issues... ick.. (I have tPluto in my 4th house on my IC right now LOL...)

Temper Tantrums / Drama? Oh HELL YEAH!!!...

UGH.. my best friend and fellow Archer took a position in my department. He was subsequently set up by a very insecure Libra (that also works part time as a musical actor in our little county). We hired them both at the same time and being the only men in the office- there was a battle of..... testosterone - although my Archer friend says that can't be right since they are both "queens" anyway......

The on top of it the Archer is being singled out for not meeting a deadline that he never knew existed (he had only been here 2 weeks at the time) and hadn't received any training until after he had been here 2 weeks. In fact, his supervisor was supposed to be doing the work but let it sit for 6 weeks. UGH!!!

Everyone is in a turmoil- the Archer is writing a letter to HR, interviewed for a different department and will be leaving and as the same time setting off the bomb of a letter that will have the entire office in an uproar. The libra complained he was too good at his job, so they reclassified him, now he is lost because he really WASN'T good enough to do the initial job let alone the reclassified job..

Their supervisor is becoming paranoid, thinking they everyone is out to sabatogue her work.. and they ALL come to me!!!!

The people I normally work closest to are thinking about leaving (both Leo's) and the overall boss- ANOTHER fellow Sag - is semi clueless and she is letting her stress get the best of her. She is lashing out at everyone because she is under-fire.

And me... well, I am doing okay for having the 4 roles I am performing, but I have to deal with two very conniving women that teach at the jail. They have tried repeatedly to get me to alter legal attendance documents so that they can receive more money and not have their hours cut.. NO WAY.. big word.. ILLEGAL. I have received several threatening and overly nasty letters from them.. each time I have to reply in a very professional manner, detailing each in fraction and reiterating the legal guidelines that I must follow per the State Dept. of Education. (in a nutshell, I write and oversee 8 different grants and funds. Each grant has a separate group of people that use the money and I am basically the keeper, but a few try to use the money for unauthorized purposes which can get us audited... I have to say no and some will get very angry. Add that to trying to keep up with all the NCLB legislation and perform my director duties.... UGH.. and keep track of these little dramas... wow..my head is going to fall off.. I am overextended).

The main lady, a real piece of work that loves to cuss and threaten, decided it would be cute to list me under "Maize" in her address book - just a little racist tweak on my background. What she didn't realize is that it came up next to my name and now I have to deal with putting her in her little racist place. She started calling me "Maize-my name" after she got angry over the budget cuts. The thing is, they are not fulfilling the legal requirements of teaching each prisoner for 240 minutes per day and the state is making them justify their methods.

All in a days work eh? LMAO...

Yes.. LOTS and LOTS of drama.

But, I just keep telling myself... a few more months and Hubby Bear will be here and then in March we will both be going to Germany (YIPPPEEEEE.....)

Either that, or tell them I have a pill I can sell them on eBay at warehouse prices. This pill readjusts their way of thinking. How sad. Had I been there, I would have been fired already, if you can imagine.

And why not use english since thats the language you speak? And even if one or both of you know Spanish, it is an insult to the natives of that language as well, as it is a perverted use of a word people only use in a restaurant, or if they are in the field harvesting them.

Give her a corn plant for her desk as a constellation prize ... pun intended. Big card on top with thick magic marker saying "Hugs". Like I wouldn't?

I hope it's GOOD attention. Since the Planets are doing weird flips right now, do you have any Mercury/Virgo/6th House, or next over, Venus/Libra/7th House? That might be extra good, but I'm not sure ... hee hee ...
