I've been looking into various aspects which effect one's physical appearance. What sort of effect if any would this sort of aspect have on an individual's outside appearance:

Mercury certainly would give you a youthful appearance with neat features (ala Gem or Vir), while pisces would make you maybe more dreamy and romantic in appearance plus maybe a bit puffy.

There may not be a definitive physical look associated with astrology. If you find that astro faces site, you'll see that people of the same major three placements don't even look significantly alike.
