and if this counts

You didn't list if they are north and south. Without that, can't tell if they are contraparallel or not. Also declinations and aspects between angles aren't significant in natal chart but they are in a synastry.

Declinations are the latitude coordinates of the celestial equator. Parallels are similar to conjunctions and contraparallels are similar to oppositions. They are hidden aspects that astrologers miss when only looking at the longitude coordinates of the ecliptic. The zodiac sign coordinates are the longitude coordinates of the ecliptic.

Declinations are important in regards to eclipses. A solar eclipse is when Sun and Moon are conjunct and parallel. A lunar eclipse is when Sun and Moon are oppose and contraparallel.

Some people identify with wide orbed conjunctions because they have parallels between those points. Some people identify with wide orbed oppositions because they have contraparallels between those points. Of course a parallel strengthens an existent conjunction. A contraparallel strengthens an existent opposition. These are referred as eclipses or occultations. Parallels and declinations strengthen other aspects too. We would call these bilevel configurations.

Here is my synastry that involves declinations.

My gf's Asc opposes my Asc -'16
her Asc contraparallels my Asc - '06
(This is an eclipse or occultation)

her Jupiter conjuncts my Jupiter - 2'38
her Jupiter parallels my Jupiter - '01
(This is an eclipse or occultation)

her Jupiter opposes my Midheaven - '19
her Jupiter parallels my Midheaven - '57
(This is an eclipse or occultation)
(Her Jupiter is stationary..so aspects are stronger)

her Uranus opposes my Mercury - 1'51
her Uranus contraparallels my Mercury - '44
(This is an eclipse or occultation)

her Uranus conjuncts my Jupiter - '43
her Uranus parallels my Jupiter - '30
(This is an eclipse or occultation)

her Uranus opposes my Midheaven - 2'14
her Uranus parallels my Midheaven - '26
(This is an eclipse or occultation)

her Venus squares my Vertex - 1'35
her Venus contraparallels my Vertex - '05
(This is a bilevel configuration)

her Moon trines my Moon with 1'47
her Moon parallels my Moon with '31
(This is a bilevel configuration)

her Ceres trines my Midheaven with '47
her Ceres contraparallels my Midheaven - '11
(This is a bilevel configuration)

Her Neptune contraparallels my Midheaven -'04
(the orb is almost exact and her Neptune is stationary, and so the aspect is very strong)

My aspects:

Sun parallel BML
Chiron parallel Pluto
Chiron parallel Mercury
Jupiter contraparallel Neptune
Saturn contraparallel Moon (they are in trine aspect too!)
Selena contraparallel Proserpine and NN
Uranus contraparallel Mercury
