Topic: Intense scary Solar Return!!

I am a Scorpio, however this such an intense Scorpionic SR chart that it even scares me! I suppose most of us Scorpios will have very concentrated SR's this year, including a T-square with Saturn/Neptune. I don't know how to put a graphic of my SR up here so here are the stats (all houses are SR houses): Sun 22d Scorpio 8th house
Venus 26d Scorpio 8th
Mars 15d Scorpio 8th
Jupiter 27d Scorpio 8th house
Mercury 10d Scorpio in 7th conjunct 8th house cusp creating a T-square with:
Neptune 17d Aquarius 12th
Saturn 24d Leo 6th Also:
Moon Virgo 15d in 6th
Asc Pisces 29d
Uranus Pisces 10d in 12th
NN Pisces 23d in 12th
Pluto Sag in 9th conjunct MC
Vertex, Juno, Eros, Vesta and Lillith in Libra 7th house I have to admit that I usually don't may much attention to SR charts but this one really stands out. Notice the repetitive 6th, 8th and 12th house themes (every planet, NN and Asc, with the exception of Pluto). My first impression is Health + Hospital + Death (possible), at least that's the worst case scenario. It would be great to get an objective opinion on this. If it matters, the Scorpio stellium will be in my natal 1st house, SR Saturn in my natal 10th and SR Neptune in my natal 4th (I have a fixed grand cross on the angles and the SR T-square will be sitting right on it). Solar Returns are very accurate. They do work. They even work with midpoints and asteroids,sabian symbols, and other minor planets as well as progressions,transits,and even synastry. I have 2 solar return books and a solar return report program. I also have a book on lunar returns. Lunar returns work too. I even want to purchase a lunar return report program.
solar return make excellent yearlong forecasts and lunar return make excellent monthlong forecasts.
Scorpio is not a bad sign. 8th is a not bad house either.
8th house is not just death and sex. It is also transformation,regeneration,occult. It's a psychic house. It can great placement for investigation,research,and getting to the botom of things. It can be about shared resources(tangible,intangible). It can be intimacy and merging with somebody on a deep level.
I have Sun-Venus-Mars conjunction in 8th in my solar return for October 28, 2006.
I see nothing wrong with it. I am not scared by it. I see it as a very deep,transformational relationship emphasis. That's true....I have that with somebody right now. She's the best thing that has ever happened to me. She has a Scorpio Moon conj Pluto,Mars oppose Pluto,and Pluto sesquiquadrate Ascendant as well as Mercury and Venus quindecile Pluto, so her natal does match my solar return stuff. She has a strong Scorpio/Pluto/8th house theme just like me with my Sun,Mercury,and Venus in Scorpio along with Moon quincunx Pluto and Sun contraparallel Pluto and Eris in 8th house. IP: Logged |

Hi Glaucus, thanks for the response. Yes I probably wouldn't be so afraid of the 8th house Scorpio stellium if it wasn't for the t-square with Neptune and Saturn in the 12th and 6th houses, and the extended concentrated theme of those two houses. I realize that they could be interpreted in multiple ways, ie. health or work, hospitals or spirituality, but I suppose (repeating myself) that the combo of those three houses (6,8,12) is what concerns me.Apparently the SR chart is in effect about one month before b-day and so far I have noticed a sudden desire for a deep intense relationship... for the past year I've been having a blast with tr. Jupiter in my 1st and tr. Uranus in my 5th, juggling 3 love affairs and just having a great time without any heaviness. Very happy that you have found someone. I'm starting to feel ready for it but I'm not one to pine too much for something that isn't there... yet. Just getting little stirrings. IP: Logged |
