You do realise he's old enough to be your grandfather? I understand you're very young and may have a crush you want to pursue, but if he's actively pursuing you in a romantic manner he should know better.

I sometimes struggle with my lover who is 7 years my junior not 47 years.

If this is the romantic synastry you are forever trying to get people to answer questions about, I understand why you haven't just posted the birthdata. I think a lot of people would stay right away from answering anything to do with it.

If you haven't posted this as 'romantic' synastry, I apologise for my misunderstanding.

Hope I didn't miss understand!? I get so into the points and aspects, I don't bother to ask the nature of the association sometimes(which I will next time).

i think all of you are starting to jump to conclusions, this synastry has nothing to do with the present but its future tensed. Also to note its quite frustrating to have capricorn cusp 5th - saturn/5th with true node in 5th.

grandfather? that's stretching it a bit, don't you think? I can see father, but not grandfather..

anyway, your business is your business. I won't comment. Though the Saturn/5th house is interesting. My best friend dates guys at least 30-50 years her senior. She's just not attracted to those who are our age, or in their 20s. Physically, yeah....beyond that? Nope.

I've seen that placement in a lot of people who are attracted to those who are older, much much more mature, way "out of their league" (though i don't really believe in that statement), or very successful.

Mercury,Venus, Eros in your 8th
Moon in your 5th

It really is her business..

But damg when I was 16 I was scared of the boys that was 2 yrs older them me. A man that is 37 years plus older them me would have scared me half to death...

She's still 15 if that's her chart.
Now I also understand why she didn't place much emphasis on personal experiences when we discussed synastry...Oh well.
On another note (this is not just to you Neps - if that's your chart) it would be nice if you younger members would make it clear in the synastry threads that you're still young teenagers when you're giving advice and sharing your experiences. It's a bit funny to take relationship advice from(and argue over those matters with)someone who's still a kid herself (and is possibly somewhat authoritarian and unwavering with her/his opinions too).
I don't mean this in a patronizing or belittling way (your views can be just as insightful as everyone else's); it would just be nice to know a little where the other person is coming from with his views.

I hope that came out right, I really don't mean it in a bad way.

And Neptune, would you like to be a bit more specific of what kind on (potential?)relationship this is?

Neptune-

Future tensed? Like in 4 years when you're 20 and he's 57?

Please don't discount guys around your own age, many of them may feel the same way about not relating to people their own age on a deep level. I always related to older people so much better but I never had any romantic or physical attraction for them. My lover is 7 years my junior and we truly click but we both struggle with the age gap.

I guess when I was your age I had little crushes on guys but was shy and often kept it to myself, prefering to ride my horses and hang out with my friends. I thought I knew a lot about everything but the older I get the more I realise how little I know. I actually take wonder in the world and at the fact that I'll continue to learn things every day.

Enjoy your teenage years. I did (too much as I got older actually, lol)!

I guess it depends on the person

My gal is 12 yrs younger than me. We don't struggle with age gap. Heck..we even forget we have an age difference. I think that it has a lot to do with her being very mature for her age. She has Moon conjunct Saturn in Scorpio in her 7th house. She is very serious person and takes relationships very seriously. Saturn in 7th can indicate an older or mature partner. Her Moon-Saturn conjunction conjuncts my Sun too, and so her emotional seriousness, maturity strongly affects me. That's probably why I feel that we are on the same level age-wise.

Another thing too...I am a late bloomer. I am also rather youthful. I look younger than my age, and I sound even much younger than my age. I also feel that maybe my Dyslexia,Dyspraxia is connected to being a late bloomer. The Pisces Moon square Neptune in 3rd.

my girlfriend is 23,and I am 34 turning 35 on October 29th.

also...my parents were 12-13 yrs apart.
My mother was 17 yrs old and my father was almost 31 yrs old when I was born. My mother also has that serious, mature nature too with Scorpio Moon and Mars in Capricorn in 7th and Saturn trine Ascendant. My father had that youthfulness. He had Pisces Moon and stationary retrograde Neptune. My father had Dyslexic,Dyspraxic characteristics. Both parents Dyslexic. It was also an interracial relationship too. My mom is white, and my dad was black. My girlfriend is white, and so that's an interracial relationship too.

Its not that we have trouble relating to one another- in fact I've never known someone to understand me (and I him) so clearly although we're both all over the place. I see a lot of what irks me about him in myself and he makes me want to be a better person.

I think he struggles with the fact that he's 21 and I have 8 and 6 1/2 year old children. He seems to have this perception of how he's supposed to live his life, before we actually met and spoke he'd had a crush on me but he thought I was 22. Lol, I have a baby face and youthful outlook. It surprised him to find out I was older with an ex and kids. Guess I wasn't the fantasy woman he'd created in his mind, the one he "thought he never even had a chance with" (his words, so cute!)

Age is irrelevant, but circumstances and maturity are not.

I agree with you, OzMeg.

Another thing...I don't believe in teenagers should be with adults...especially not over twice their age.

Also..I want to point out that I met my gal this year..it was the anniversary of the day that I found out about my grandfather's suicide which was the day before. So it was a special day in that way too.

Interestingly her name asteroid,my name asteroid were conjunct with retrograde Venus and Ceres within 1 degree that day. It was definitely no accident that we met.

She and I are a lot alike and have a lot in common too. We definitely have spiritual, religious beliefs in common. We even found out that we both have a mystic cross(cross between heart and head lines under the mount of Saturn) and that our heart lines begin between the middle and index fingers.

Neither of us have been married nor have children.

I accept all of your opinions, but One of the things that doesn't seem logical or realistic about the majority of replies is that, by accepting age as relevant (which it is by the way) is in some ways (not all) defying your belief in astrology. These aspects and this synastry will forever be here, and thats how astrology is, I could wait until I'm 31 or 27, but what i'm saying is no matter what age or how long I wait does not affect the synastry. It just doesn't make sense to ignore an everpresent thing in place of something like age that is forever changing.

Alanabell, thank you. For you were the only one that posted on this thread that actually recognized & understood how frustrating it is to have and cope with a saturn/5.

And its even worse with Moon Square Venus, Venus Square AC, Moon Conjunct DC/Opposition AC.

Neptune5, I can't help but notice that it is Tony Blair's chart you did the comparison with. Yes, the British prime minister Tony Blair. He was born on May sixth 1953 in Edinburgh at 6:10.

Could you explain?

My mother has Saturn in Scorpio in 5th trine Cancer Ascendant/sextile Capricorn Descendant. She only went for older men. My father was 12 to 13 yrs older than my mother, and my stepfather was 25 yrs older than my mother.

I definitely know how Saturn in 5th works. I had personal experience.

Nightjar, is there something I need to explain? I wasn't being dishonest, but only protecting his name. I was just being discreet, like any smart woman would. Well no, i don't know him at all if thats what your asking. A professional astrologer once told me that I had an extraordinary natal & that I should do several synastries. He actually recommended I do synastry with his information. I hope that answers your question. And Nightjar, i admire your observations, good work.

Have you been arguing with me over synastries of imaginary relationships you have zero actual experience on??? I'm just making a wild guess here, but I think these people don't even know you.

Why all these politicians? The saturn effect?

Neptune, I would have appreciated if you had said it was an "imagined" synastry, not a real relationship you could give me proper information about. That's all.

What do you mean by it being "future tensed"?

Yes it is the saturn affect and its also my pallas conjunct AC and my Mars conjunct P.Fort conjunct MC in gemini!! And maybe this bit of information will help, the field I plan to enter into (alongside emergency nursing) will be the psychology of terrorism/war/politics,etc, why? because I don't want to live in this world because there is so much terrorism within everyones own soceity and personal life, i don't know if that tid bit of information is going to help you, but i hope it did.
