This topic might have already been started, but what aspect have you experienced in synastry (or even house placements) that have caused an unbelievable attraction between you and someone else? I'm not talking LOVE aspects, I mean where you felt an insane amount of sexual attraction towards someone.

For me personally, I would have to say:
-Mars conjunct Pluto (this one is almost obsessive though)
-Venus conjunct Uranus
-Any aspect between Moon and Mars (especially the conjunction & opposition)....this one is greattttt.

Goodness, I could talk about attraction till I am blue in the face My aspects that get the motor going would have to be Mars square Venus, Venus conjunction Pluto, Moon square Venus, Sun trine Mars, and sometimes Sun opposition Sun... And especially if a guys Sun or Mars visits my 1st house that really activates it...

I would say the sexual attraction indicators(not including midpoints)for my girlfriend and me are:

My Scorpio Sun conjunct her Scorpio Moon with 3'56 orb
My Scorpio Sun,Mercury,and Venus in her 8th house
Her Aries Sun,Mercury,and Mars in my 8th house.
My 8th house ruler Mars in Aquarius sextiles her 8th house ruler Mars in Aries with 25 minutes of arc
My Venus triseptiles her Mars with 36 minutes of arc

She has Pluto sesquiquadrate Pisces Ascendant with 2 minutes of arc,Venus quindecile Pluto with 16 minutes of arc,Mercury quindecile Pluto with 13 minutes of arc,Venus sextile Ascendant with Ascendant with 19 minutes of arc,Mercury semisextile Venus with 3 minutes of arc,and Mercury semisextile with Ascendant with 15 minutes of arc,Venus quincunx Jupiter,Mercury trine Jupiter,Jupiter square Ascendant,Sun trine Jupiter with 1'41 orb,Venus quincunx Jupiter,and Sun semiseptile Ascendant with 11 minutes of arc

My Virgo Ascendant aspects all that by:

oppose her Asc - '16 also parallel - '06
trine her Venus - '03
quincunx her Mercury - '00
sesquiquadrate her Pluto - '02
square her Jupiter - 2'32
triseptile her Sun - '04

I am the object of her desires,and she's definitely mine too. :-)

Yes, there are a lot of trines and sextiles in our synastry chart. They are about half of the total aspects.

There are a lot of intellectual (friendship) and emotional (love) aspects in the chart: Moon con Moon, Moon sex Venus, Moon con North Node, Sun con Mercury, for example. Would they overshadow whatever sex vibe that would be in the chart?

But then he and I are blessed with Venus (me) con Mars (him), which is an absolutely amazing aspect itself.

I don't really think those aspects would overshadow it. You two seem to have some really nice aspects, especially venus conjunct mars. My Venus is in Scorpio and all of my past boyfriends (and my boyfriend now) all have Mars in Scorpio- but it was never close enough to make a conjunction.

My BF and I also have a lot of trines and sextiles in our synastry, some conjunctions, and a couple oppositions...barely any squares. It's weird, because our composite is the exact opposite- it's almost all oppositions, some squares and conjunctions- barely any trines or sextiles. And although we have a lot of "friendship" and "love" aspects in the synastry, we do have some sexual aspects as well... like his moon opposite my mars, and my venus conjunct his pluto, etc....and I'm very attracted to him. But it's not in that uncomfortable, aggressive kind of way which I like...I feel very comfortable with him.

Trines and sextiles, while they're nice to have, only give you the "nice and stable" sexual attraction. I think its squares,oppositions, and conjunctions that give you the real "tension". (ie. Venus sextile mars vs. venus conjunct mars).

Although with Sun-Mars, me and my boyfriend have the sextile and I would rather keep it that way. I had the opposition with someone and it felt like he was always up in my grill...annoying. Plus I have the square with my dad, same thing....always on my case.

Also opposites defiantely attract in most areas...
Sun opposite Venus (weird thing)
