Topic: Venus in Cancer Men: Marital Faithfulness?

Generally speaking astrology knows men with venus in cancer to be totally family oriented, but does that mean that they will not commit infidelity?Analyze this combonation for me in respects to the previous "faithfulness" question:
Moon in Taurus
Mercury in Leo
Venus in Cancer
Mars in Virgo ------------------

It really depends on the personOJ Simpson has Sun,Mercury,and Venus in Cancer along with Moon in Pisces. He cheated on his 1st wife with Nicole Brown. He ended up marrying Nicole Brown,and he cheated on her and beat her up. Of course, he was tried for her murder which he was acquited of but most people thought he got away with murder. IP: Logged |

I am a believer in free will. A natal astrology shows potentials. It doesn't show what you will do with those potentials. It doesn't matter if a person chart is very Cancerian,doesn't mean that the person is harmless. Free will is a factor. Of course aspects are in important. Because of my studies in Cosmobiology which only focus on planetary geometry,I believe aspects are more important than the sign placements.Every sign has its negative traits and positive traits. My mother verbally and physically abused me. She has heavy Cancer(Ascendant,Mercury,Venus,Jupiter,and Uranus in Cancer) and she also has Moon in Scorpio square Pluto. I have Sun,Mercury,and Venus in Scorpio with Moon in Pisces......I am not a control,sex freak nor am I abusive. Winona Ryder and I have same birthdate,but I am not a drug addict like her nor am I famous and rich like her. Hillary Clinton has Sun,Mercury,and Venus in Scorpio with Moon in Pisces like me and Winona Ryder, but we are not in politics like her. Hillary Clinton is not known for drugs.
There are 2 serial killers with both Sun and Moon in Pisces.

Its all in free will (as said above). Personally, I know a bouncer with Sun and Venus in Cancer and he's got girlfriends everywhere. Personally, I have enough time on my hands juggling just one person.  IP: Logged |

based on this info alone I'd say not usually because Mars/Virgo is picky/finicky and Moon/Taurus is stubborn and doesn't like to give up once commited, but anything can be modified.Venus in Cancer can be clingy and possesive and can play emotional mind games that can go too far. They are the big "testers"

LLL - you are in my head - I wrote this in SU on the same titled thread: Venus in Cancer is a weird combination. Venus in Cancer, in a male, can be very old fashioned, loving, spiteful, controlling, vindictive, manipulative, family oriented - ALL AT THE SAME TIME LOL....
They are drawn to the stereotypic female that protrays a sense of "damsel in distress" at the same time they want a mother and to be mothered. With that Taurus moon, that person will love being mothered (male or female). If Venus is conjunct Saturn or in hard aspect- BE very careful- to me that portrays a potential psychopath. AS far as faithful, I am not sure - when Cancer is angry and feels slighted, they will hurt anyway they know how- cheating is one possible way. That I do know from experience. IP: Logged |

Actually I hate to jump in like this especially since i dunno myself but i think the verbal abuse from the mother is the moon in Scorpio. My mom is a moon in Scoprio and she is rediculously harsh and nothing is ever good enough. And i myself a moon in Scoprio catch myself sometimes doing the same. ------------------

But the strong cancer influence can be very moody. My mother definitely is very moody. She gets upset very easily. The more you try to talk to her, the harder it is to reason with her. She does have a very crabby nature. Crab has pincers,and they can hurt with them. Cancer has its bad stuff like any other sign....especially the clinginess,smotheringness which can turn into possessiveness and control. IP: Logged |

I had a conversation once with a venus in cancer male with moon in taurus who had cheated on every g/f he'd had. Security is a big issue with this combo/Maybe the secret is knowing how to commit? In romantic love, don't gamble on what you can't afford to lose. Natasha

venus isn't aspecting saturn, but his venus is square mars and he also has venus square juno, (with juno in aries & mars in virgo)------------------

I want to add as well about my mum that she also had Moon in scorpio and she verbally abuse me even now I am not so young anymore; and not only with me is like that! All the time she must mix some ugly words regarding other people which in fact didn't done anything bad to her to diserve this!About Venus in cancer, for a male with taurus Sun, Jupiter as well in cancer ... what do you think if Mars is in libra, Moon is end of leo or beginning of virgo (don't know exact birth time) Mercury in gemini
