I have this aspect with my boyfriend. It gives a very strong attraction but also a lot of power struggles. I am the mars person (mars in Aries in 1) so I don't like to be controlled, but I also have sun and venus in pisces in the 12th house and that makes me sort of like the control. So it's a bit double.

I had this aspect also with a previous boyfriend. It played out in a similar way.

I forgot to say. I also have this aspect with both of my parents (I'm also the mars person here) Maybe that's why it attracts me so much = familiar feeling ?
