Chart-wise you do have Venus(charm) trine Jupiter(expands) - but I don’t exactly know what I’m looking for. So I’ll leave it to someone more knowledgeable.

Sweet 16? Geez, you're only a couple months older than my son. Now, please excuse by bluntness here, but hon, sometimes men can be pigs. You are 16, I experienced it when I was your age, even neighbor men (yuck) men in shopping malls with small children in toe and yeah it was disturbing to me too. I experienced it being in places with my oldest daughter(now 24) men just gawking or saying something stupid, older ones made her want to throw up, lol...........and now I get to witness it with my 13 year old daughter, as a mother, ya just wanna slap a few, lol **RANT** over, lol, ya know, this kinda thing can be frightening to a young girl... and some older guys think it amusing...

I apologize if I've offended anyone, people are who they are....I've just had a couple incidents that thoroughly disgusted me thats all.

These men are all about themselves and flatter themselves too, it's nothing to do with you or what you want. You are not their woman and none of these people belong to you, not responsible.

I know someone with a pisces moon/10th house who got this all through high school and she was ultra conservative.

And yes the 4th house sun does it too, attracts romance.
The saturn is in taurus which is solid, steady and traditional, you may seem older.

Don't worry, it's your life and you get to choose.
Also protect yourself by not walking home alone, and don't put yourself out too much in public. As a water moon myself, I attract too much attention on the street, so I wear black, or a hooded sweatshirt, low key stuff. And I don't walk home alone after dark.

And I know exactly what you mean and its not flatering its rather scary because its all the time and they make me feel aweful about myself rather than good when they say things like that on the street to the point that I stopped wearing short skirts at all. Im 19 now and it also only got worse but started when i was 13... I dont have Sun conj Venus. But many of my plantes are in Cancer and im a Libra ASC...for some reason a lot of ppl tend to think im weak when they meet me. Maybe thats it. :/
