Question- Along with mean and true + Asteroid Lilith, Astro.com has hypothetical H21 and H22. Interpolated Apogee and Interpolated Perigee. Astro faqs does not recognise these terms in the search function. Google says Koch developed it but I do not understand the differences and what they mean in the natal chart. Any thoughts?

I have no idea about Perigree. I never used it.
I used the osculating lunar apogee. That's the true black moon Lilith. The Russian Astrologers refer to it as Dark Moon Druj
