or whatever city youre in on your birthday...

This is a HIGHLY debated idea in astrology: which location to use, birth or relocated place. Personally, I use the birth location in ALL charts. Since everything in astrology goes back to the birth chart in one way or another, it makes sense to me to use the location of the birth chart in doing Solar Returns.
