Wow... My sun is in the exact same degree as my mom's sun and moon. My mars in the same degree as my mom's jupiter.

what does it mean if my sis has the exact same degree between her own moon and venus and that I too have the exact same degree between my own moon and venus sign? That we have similar feelings?

I think it means you and your sister are very lucky to have each other, because you seem to understand each other's emotions on a very deep level. It seems like a very special bond.
I've noticed some connections between me and my family members, as well and they all involve the SUN: my father's sun at the same degree as mine, my sun at the same degree as my aunt's moon (we're very close), my mother's sun at the same degree as my Asc... Quite interesting...
