Wiliam, Tim, Eatbooks, or anyone else who has any insights to offer....this is the chart for a friend. she is going thru a particularly difficult phase. not entirely unexpected, since she is right in the middle of her saturn return right now. any suggestions for how she can wade thru the mess that she finds herself in....?

Without a birth place, I can't create a Transit chart. However, knowing that she is going through her Saturn return indicates Saturn (duty, also restriction, structure) is conjuncting (energy is combined with) her Nadir (inner world). This can be a time of intense inner restrictions and difficulty, as this person works to structure their inner sense of themselves and do the "right" thing in their life. Depression and worry is common at this time. When Saturn comes away from her Nadir, this feeling of depression and restriction should lessen.

the birth place is Calcutta, India.
I am particularly concerned about her Saturn conj Nadir. She has been facing problems from her family, which have reached a head now. So any type of guidance would be really welcome.

I dont have much idea of wht's really going on with her. she doesnt talk about it much. i do know that she is doing some meditation etc. so it is quite possible that the psychic part is correct. I'll let her know about what you have said. and i really don't think I can ever thank you enough for all your selfless help.

She has transiting (planets in the sky) Neptune (spirituality, also confusion) conjuncting (energy is combined with) her Midheaven (outer world), indicating that the barriers between her and the outer world are being dissolved, which can be a "spiritual" experience, but can also cause a LOT of confusion. In addition, Neptune is opposing her birth Saturn (duty, also structure) which may be causing a breakdown of her sense of structure.

As William suggests, how she reacts to this confusion and breakdown of structure is very important: if she begins to focus on the lack of structure she could have problems...if she is able to accept the "spiritual" connection, she may be able to handle the energy better. This is a LONG transit, so she will need to create a way to handle the outer world confusion in her life.
