When someone's planet falls in someone else's house, who feels the house placement more? Like, if someone's jupiter falls in someone's 7th house, is that a better indicator of romance (7th house) for the jupiter person or the 7th house person?

Sorry if this question doesn't make sense, I'm having trouble wording it.

I think its the recipient of the planet. So if your jupiter falls into my 7th house then I would feel expansive, philosophical, humourous etc around you. You arouse the jovial qualities in me. I would want to be around you in a partnership of some sorts because it falls in my 7th house.

If my venus falls in your 4th house, then I would arouse in you a feeling of pleasantness, love, romance etc in a very intimate and almost psychic way

Hope that help!

Thank you, that answers my question perfectly!

Though now I wonder, if one person has their 1st, 5th, 7th, etc. houses (the ones good for romance) activated by someone's planets, and the other person has their 2nd, 10th, 11th, etc. activated... would that mean the first person would feel romantically inclined, whereas the second person would only want a platonic friendship?

If the house synastry isnt balanced in terms of significance(in romance), then look at regular synastry, and composite for the potency factor. This can help create a balance of equal attraction.

Yeah I agree with eatbooks. My partner for example has sun/venus in gem that falls in my third, which is not a very romantic house, but then my mars conj sun/venus to create the magic. You have to look at both houses and aspects between the planets as well.
