Are there any astrological indicators as to why some people are doused with dumb luck? Lottery winners, lump sum kind of stuff is what I am heading toward...Just curious!

I think it is as simple as jupiter in action or maybe a transit. It is known that a conjunction between jupiter and ura with one in transit will bring unexpected winfalls.

Also natal charts with prominent jupiters might be beneficial. Maybe something like an aspect between jup and plu creates wealth or at least attracts it.

I have jup in 1st conj asc and as a child when I played the lotteries, I'd always walk away with a few dollars, nothing big but enough to show a bit of luckiness there. I guess I got to start trying again!

No a transit between a natal jup/ura and transiting jup/ura should prove lucky (eg conj, trine etc)
