Also sun in 11th house in gem - a personality in the community but a person who can change a lot in terms of their appearanc and image. Think of someone like Kylie Minogue. Plus things like ura and nep in the 6th both shocking, yet msyterious.

Also emphasis on 12th house with planets - self-absorbed. This too is very common with public artists and presidents.

Leo asc also give them an ability to perform or entertain and they are very good and lucky at it so to speak with Jup (which is ruler of the 5th house) conj asc. Hopefully they don't have weight issues as well. Aries MC might indicate a desire to be no. 1 with ruler conj with asc as well, again linked in with performing

10th house moon indicates an emotional need to be famous, and with it opposing a4th house Pluto, it's likely to be for reason of deeper psychological significance, relating to her childhood, home life or relationship with her mother. There are likely issues of personal power, money and security involved. This may give her a lot of motivation to strive for public recognition, but there's down side to this as well. She may end up trying to substitute fame, money and success for more intimate, personal needs, like having a good relationship with her mother, a stable, nuturing home life, and personal security.

Tau moon in hard aspect Pluto also indicates a potential for addiction based on unfulfilled emotional needs and/or deeper psychological problems, including past abuse.

It would be sound advice for your friend to do some soul-searching as to what is really motivating her, so she does not fall victim to the many problems that famous people sometimes do to compensate for unfilfulled emoitonal and psycholgical needs, such as gross materialism or addiction.

That aside, her Gem Sun in 11th should make it easy for her to win allies and attract people to her who can help her get ahead. However, with her Pluto aspecting, there's the potential of her being very shallow in this relationships, using them only to get power for herself. She may resort to using people for her own needs and then discard them with they are no longer of use to her, as a 11th house Sun can easily remain emotionally detached. Since Pluto is inconjunct, and not in a more "obvious" aspect like a square or opposition, she pattern of using people may be hard to notice at first, and that could allow her to "sucker" people for a long time before they get wise. She herself may have a hard time seeing her own pattern of behavior, or may too easily rationalize it. If she was abused in the past (Pluto in th 4th may indicate childhood abuse, including sexual abuse), she may think cynically that she has the right to treat people this way in return for how someone else once treated her.

Jupiter aspecting ASC is extremely lucky and is often found is people who find success and fame through luck and chance. This will also help she is her public image, but may also incline her to be over-confident with her good fortune. With Uranus inconjunct, this luck may come from a very unusual source, or through a very unlikely meeting.

Mars conjunct Jupiter in a prominent placement (on ASC in this case) is what I call a "bully" placement. This indicates someone who'll stomp on others to get what they want, if that's what it takes. It's a very narcissistic aspect - Jupiter expands Mars' energies, inflating the person's ego and aggression. Saturn opposing may keep this in check, but ONLY if she had positive, nuturing experiences in her childhood. Jupiter energies need to learn how to be "humble," and it's best that children with strong Jupiter energies learn this lesson for benevolent adults starting at a young age. SO too with Mars, although such Mars lessons are more of a concern with pubescent children and teens while Jupiter lessons are important from early childhood until young adulthood.

So if she was fortunate to have a nuturing childhood, her Saturn energies will feel more like a guiding hand than an oppressive force holding her back. But if she had a neglectful or abusive father or other similar negative experiences as a young child, her Jupiter energies may be rebelling against her Saturn energies - a pattern of behavior that may be hard to break. Similarly so with her Mars energies, if she dd not learn her needed Mars lessons after puberty.
