Since you have more planets on the top (outside world) of your chart than at the bottom, you tend to focus on the outside world. Since you have more planets on the top right of your chart than in other places in the chart you tend to use your relationships to do things for others.

Since you have such a strong emphasis on others, networking may be the best way to get a job. Talk to other people, find out what they are doing, see if they know anybody who is willing to discuss career opportunities with you and be open to using their assistance to get in the door. With North node (future goals), Pluto (transformation, also psychology, research), and Moon (home, also emotions) focused in the 8th house (transformation, also psychology, research), a career in something psychological or that involved psychology in some way might be interesting. Or you might be interested in being some kind of researcher. With your Sun (self-expression) conjunct (energy is combined with) your Midheaven (outer world), you will tend to want to get recognized for whatever you do.

Perhaps you are expecting too much out of your work. You seem to be in an appropriate job, most likely doing good work. You challenge is not a matter of the job, it is a matter of feeling better. Changing your job won't help with that, chaning your attitude will.

Take a look at yourself and your unhappiness. WHY are you unhappy? What can be done to make yourself happier? What is there to be unhappy about? Most likely this unhappiness is a temporary feeling that will very quickly go away. But, if it doesn't go away in a few weeks, take a look at your life, where you are, where you want to be, and figure out what it will take to get from here to there. Bottm line is...if you want to be happier, you have to start THINKING happier.

You have 6H Mars like me as well - oh dear. Work likely makes you a nervous wreck unless you pace yourself and take plenty of time to recup and recharge. Really, we both need serfs and peasants to do all that nasty, sweaty work for us. We're much better at snapping our fingers at subordinates and scrutinizing over their performances.

I don't have Sun conjunct Neptune, but I do have a Pisces moon. Yeah, I'm not really cut out for harsh glare of reality for long stretches. I doubt you are either. Thank god for sleep and daydreams.

I know, I know. It's me, not my job or the people arond me. I'm worknig on that.

The thing is I don't feel engaged enough socially. Need to join some clubs, maybe.
I think I'm finally staring to get out more and meet more people - moving to a foreign country was much harder than I thought.
