Hey guys....I was just wondering... Which natal aspects/house placements/signs, etc., point to someone who wants to be liked by everyone, and purposely avoids conflict because of this?

I know Libra influence could point to this, but are there any other aspects that could show it?

Libraaaa rising! LOL its a disease by now, im such a people pleaser. But mostly strangers rather than close friends. Hate it when someone doesnt like me and get sooo upset. LOL also Cancer mars maybe that plays a role.

I never thought about Capricorn/10th house, but it makes sense....interesting.

Could Moon conjunct Venus have something to do with it also? My moon and venus aren't close enough in orb to be conjunct...they're just in the same sign, but I've read the description for this aspect and it's dead-on for me. I'm also thinking maybe Neptune in the 1st has something to do with it. I agree with Pisces trying to avoid conflict, my boyfriend and many other Pisces I know are this way.

AG is right, I've known a few Caps who want everyone to talk to them and be their friend, as for aspects or placements, mabe alot of Venus aspects(just speculating)? I always wondered the opposite though, what astrological placements would make a person not care if people like them or not?

People with prominent Aries or Sag or Aqua or Virgo or Scorpio or a combo of these placements don’t seem to care

Aries, because they love themselves too much and they don't pay attention to what others do or say generally.
Sagittarius, because they take it with a grain of salt.. kinda like “love me, hate me.. at least I know I’m getting your attention”
Aquarius, because they’re too far out of this world to be involved in such petty concerns.
Virgo, because they’re down to earth as they say, no nonsense sort of people.. gossip in this case would be seen as nonsense. Some Capricorns are like this as well.
Scorpio, because they see it as fake and superficial and all of those people will naturally end up in hell anyhow once Scorpio deals with them.

I want to say Leo, but something tells me, although Leos want to be liked, theyre not gonna go out of their way to be liked, and they'll figure if you dont like them, you're jealous or arent very intelligent.

The most prominent signs in my chart are Scorpio, Virgo, and Sagittarius, and I'm still very passive... I think having my Moon & Venus in the same sign might have something to do with it.

Leos admire their own character and strongly believe their flawlessnesses. People recognizing this make them only happy. They might be broken if not. However, they do not spend a lot of effort just to be noticed. They dont refer to tricks, or fake affectation. Not only do they have self-confidence, but also they have self-respect. It would really hurt them to get attention of people with certain fake tricks. Very clearly, i can sense people who have such intentions and after some time i start to doubt their sincerity. It must have been because the most prominent sign in my chart is Scorpio.

I don't know... my first thought was Aries.

They don't go out of their way to make you like them. They simply insist upon it. And if you don't like them, they often assume you do anyway.

It's like you can give a Ram a complete inventory of their bad qualities, but compliment their sweater and that's all they'll hear. And then decide that you really like them after all.

It seems to me that the need is so great that they can't even conceive of someone not liking them.

These are generalizations, of course. But I see it a lot.

Gahhhhh, Lauren...truly I wish this were the case with me! heh. I'm a Sun sign Aries (and a sun singelton at that). However, I think my major Cappy/Saturn influence, Libra moon, and Virgo Ascendant...'kicked' that aspect to the curb...

lol Amelia, that's why I said people with a strong influence in those signs. I'm a sun sign Aries as well with Cap moon and mars, so I know what you mean.

I don't think I'm on either side though. I'm very middle ground, like I don't love or hate myself.. I'm just ok with things as they are. I also don't want everyone to like me or avoid conflicts, there’s no reason to. It's only natural that some people will like you and others will clash with you. Giving and receiving affection is important to me, but that’s only with the people close to me. If someone very close to me decided to dislike me overnight it would hurt.. but otherwise with acquaintances or friends who aren’t close or strangers, I couldn’t care less.. each to their own.
