first chart:
planet --> Moon strongest? Venus and Pluto strong ?
house --> eighth?
second chart (relocation chart):
planet --> also Moon? or Sun?
house -->
etc.

Could you also describe the characters a bit?
For example in the first one (plus second one = relocation chart) I see a singleton (pisces Moon fifth) involved in a grand square (mutual) and a kite.
Isn't that a lot to straighten out/ to handle?
Elements are balanced and there's an emphasis on mutual signs.

The third chart lacks fire but it has two planets in the first (fire) house.
I think there's a locomotive pattern with pisces Saturn in eleventh at 29° as the beginning and scorpion Neptune in sixth as the end.
What meaning can you give on that?

The fourth chart displays a virgo stellium in fifth. Emphasis on earthy and mutual signs.
I would again say there's a locomotive pattern.

now the strongest planet can either be a person's strong point or even his/her weak point.

i don't think there is something like a string house. there can be houses very certain planets are concentrated so life seems to be happening more in those areas. houses don't have power.

planets have "power to act" on...
signs which are "energies"...
channelized into a particular "area of life" (house).
