Topic: venus opposite ascendant...ugly?

You always read "venus conjunction ascendant" makes one beautiful, and attractive...but does opposite make you ugly? lol im sort of curious...anyone know of any celebrities with this aspect? I know 1 guy with venus in 7th but its not opposing his ascendant, and hes very sexy....
not the same thing, but its all i got...post pics if someone with this aspect, if u can... IP: Logged |

eatbooks,Venus (relationships) conjunct (energy is combined with) Ascendant (self) tends to make for a person whose approach is a selfish, me-first energy. Venus conjunct Descendant (others) tends to make for a person who is an "us first" type. Remember that Venus opposite Ascendant IS Venus conjunct DEscendant. Venusifically, Tim IP: Logged |

Actually venus conjunct *any* angle or in any angular house is known to make you more attractive, even if physically you aren't that exceptional. I'll try to find some examples.... IP: Logged |

Interesting...My most burning obsession- a Taurus Sun, Gemini Moon, has a Pisces Venus opposed Virgo Asc with an orb of only 00.05'30" To me, she is absolutely gorgeous. Her Taurus sun and my Scorpio sun are 164 degrees apart and I found a book by Ricki Reeves entitled "The Quindecile: 165 Degrees of Obsession" at a used book store, hoping it would give me some info on our connection, but the book deals almost entirely with natals; nearly zero synastry info. Regardless, I was, indeed, absolutely obsessed with this taurus girl. We fooled around a little, put each other through a lot of sh*t, and nothing good ever came of us. Over the years we mutually lost contact. A couple months ago she moved into an adjacent neighborhood, only 5 minutes away from me... I'm tempted to give her a call... Taurus Sun, Gemini Moon, Taurus Merc, Pisces Venus, Libra Mars, Virgo Asc:

-Trine to my Capricorn Mars by 2 degrees Her Taurus Mercury-
-Opposed to my Scorpio Sun by 3 degrees
-Opposed to my Scorpio Venus by 00.44' degrees Her Pisces Venus-
-Trine to my Scorpio Sun by 2 degrees
-Quincunx to my Libra Moon by 1 degree

Taurus Sun Quindecile Scorpio Venus by 00.44'04" This is getting ridiculous. But its so true... crazy stuff... Since her Sun quindeciles both my Sun and Moon from opposite sides, I guess it becomes more apparent that her Sun is in opposition (by 1 degree of orb) from my Sun-Moon Midpoint. Its all in the genes..If you have good looking genes in your family then it does not matter what your Venus and asc is doing with or to each other..Luckily for me I have Veunus conjunct Asc, but I also have good looking family genes so I guess I could not go wrong..LOL!!! IP: Logged |

My venus is also sq my AC, by 3 degrees..
Whether it enhances my looks or not I don't know, but I read a description that I'm attached to early home life, and that is spot on. Mine is a Cardinal square.. Libra and Capricorn.IP: Logged |

Scorpionic Web, how do you find if you have a quindecile with someone? I looked at several different synastry charts and I can't seem to find any quindeciles, most software doesn't show to that extent. ------------------

Libraschoice- a Quindecile is formed between two planetary bodies 165 degrees apart. It is said to be an aspect of obsessions and compulsions in both synastry and natals.
It may be a bit easier to find a Quindecile by looking at any given planet's opposition point, then subtracting 15 degrees in either direction.IP: Logged |
