You didn't show transits in the chart image you posted, and that's one angle to be explored. Personally I think dreams like this have very little to do with astrology, except perhaps it being a trigger, and everything to do with past lives, and unconscious fears from this life.....

It's pretty normal (if you're a woman ) to dream about childbirth. I dreamed about giving birth to a son 15 years before I actually had him.....
