Hmmm, I don't know. I'm a cancer sun/virgo moon/cap asc and I keep going back and forth between a 38 D and a 32 DD (mostly because my weight tends to fluctuate). But they always look like the don't belong with the rest of my body. I'm kinda short but still kinda hourglass-ish; the good news is I got my a$$ back, it was gone for a while when I lost all that weight . My pisces sister and the rest of my family are average...LOL.

I do know of a Taurus girl and a cap girl who have big boobs so I don't know if this is water-sign specific.

i don't know
my mom is taurus with sag rising and moon.
she in tiny-small framed-slim-but has 34 D cup.
her breasts look huge on her. she doesn't have alot of water in her chart-earth and fire.

i have 5 water in my chart-my breasts not really that big 34 B-maybe a large B-i would not want them any bigger at all.
maybe it is more a result of child bearing.

I'm a Libra rising with a heavily aspected Venus and a 5th house Sun/Mars and I am VERRRY curvy. I'm regularly referred to as "that really curvy girl". I'm quite muscular and athletic, but I never lose my hourglass figure. I fluctuate between a 34C/D depending on my weight, and I have a small waist and a generous (yet toned thaaank youuuu!) gluteous maximus!

I've always believed this athletic/strong, yet very feminine polarity came from having a 1st house Pluto & the 5th house Sun/Mars, but then the Libra rising and my Venus, exactly conjunct Neotune and exactly sextile Pluto made me feminine.

In my stupider days, I've starved myself to a size 2, and I still had a small C and a booty, lol. Generally, I'm a large C unless I let myself get chubby, then I'm a D.

Lots of females in my family, I have 6 sisters, my Scorp sun sister has the biggest, I think they're 40EE or more, but she's currently breast feeding, sooooo..hehe, my Aries/sun sister has huge ones, 36D and the other with the big ones, is Gem/sun, Pisces/Asc...36D..Yep cancer girls have nice breasts I agree.

I guess mine can be deceiving. They kind of hide. I'm a Taurus. Mine usually go back and forth between 34 B-C depending on my weight at the time. But I'm a little thing, so I wouldn't want them to be any different. At 5'4 and 110lbs, I think they are just right. On the deceiving note, my boss got drunk on a night out with the sales team and told me that he had a feeling that my breasts were probably bigger than they appeared. I told him he was right, but that he would never get the chance to see it for himself
