ok.. i have info but not enough to figure out exactly what my freinds chart looks like .. and im not sure how to figure out the time of when the planets were moving in different positions... so here it is

She was born on:

July 28 , 1988 right before 1 PM sometime, (in the time of her country)

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

Some help would be very appreciated! and thank you! If you could tell me possible planet/positions .. I could tell you by what I know of her personality...

Go here: http://0800-horoscopes.com/birthchart.php

and just enter her birth info. This website is easier. It will tell you her Moon, Rising, etc.

If you don't know her birth time then you will have to choose 12:00pm for a natural chart but not everything is gonna be as accurate like her Ascendant.

Not sure about the Moon though.
