I reckon Marge would be a cancer and bart probably a leo.What does anyone else reckon? Definately dysfunctional but interesting (esp being cartoons!). IP: Logged |

I think we've had this discussion before a couple years ago.Homer's "offical" b-day makes him a Taurus, but I don't remember when that is. I peg him as a Taurus anyhow. My takes on other characters: Marge - Cancer Lisa - Libra Bart - Aries Selma and Patty - Capricorn IP: Logged |

Homer is definitely a Taurus but I always thought of Marge as a pisces....I guess cancer is close enough.*shrugs*The other signs I agree on as well. IP: Logged |

Hahah, last night's episode here in NZ had Lisa asking Homer, Marge's b/day, it's in May....anyway!  She's not a Gemini (I don't think) so she must be a Taurus ...Though it made me think, I thought cancer too.IP: Logged |

I have thought about making a thread like this for some time!Gemini Nymph There is an episode where Homer shows his drivers liscense. if you pause it you can see the date. can't remember the episode. katipo what episode is that? I have always thought of marge as a virgo. She seems so darn earthy. No way is she a gem I agree. More of a taurus if I had to make a second guess Bart strikes me as an aries. Lisa a libra with very strong earth and water elements (she can be very emotional and down to earth as well but not to firey). maggie has got to be a gemini, haha. IP: Logged |

CarlFloydfanIt's the episode where Homer is sent to India when M.Burns decides outsourcing labour is the answer. I always thought Marge was rather earthy but more Virgo, rather than Taurus or Capricorn.

I love the Simpsons! lol  Homer being a taurus doesn't surprise me. I think Bart should be a fire sign, dunno which one but I think he'd have at least some leo in him. Isn't Lisa an aquarius? It's as if I'd read that somewhere but maybe it was just speculation but I do think she's a real aquarius, really intelligent, a genius and a little quirky too, and independent. Interesting... Here's my take. I have not based the astrology on when the characters were created ect. but just on my own observation. Homer- sun=Aries/moon=Taurus (Hasn't anyone around here noticed how rash homer tends to be, and how he often gets himself into tight situations due to not thinking things through. Bart has same problem. That's why I've pegged them both as fire signs. I give homer moon in taurus ,firstly, because he just LOVES food, secondly, because in so many episodes he is shown to be just plain stubborn (refuses to back down on some thoughtless Aries-like course of action), and thirdly because his life seems to run according to steady routine) Marge- sun=Taurus/moon=Cancer (She's your typical 'earth-mother' type. Nurting, practical, compassionate but firm, and most importantly patient...she needs to be with her family!!) Bart- sun=Leo/moon=Gemini (Bart is a show-off and a trickster who loves to play pranks. He has great wit but emotionally he can be a bit shallow and self absorbed. Once he realises that his actions have hurt others though he 'usually' tries to do the right thing.) Lisa- sun=Virgo/moon=Aquarius (Lisa is the responsible Simpson kid in comparison to bart who is the 'bad' kid. She is intelligent, well-read, very observant, quirky, and wise beyond her years. She does not fit in with her shallow peers and is shy and nerdy. She has a idealistic streak and I've noticed she often tries to stay objective about situations.) I TOTALLY agree with Motherkonfessor on Lisa being a virgo! Maggie- sun=Aquarius/moon=scorpio (You know how in some episodes they show parts of the future...in one of those Maggie is shown wearing a goth punk outfit(she doesn't say anything), and in another she is refered to as "something of hellion" right before she gets up to sing at some get together (she never actually gets to sing). From this I got the impression that she'll be a rebel but also someone who is private and sullen, with her own sort of dark take on life.) IP: Logged |

Yeah, Maggie could be a moon scorpio.
Remember the episode with the Sopranos-like ending where Homer was about to get killed by Fat Tony's gang? It was Maggie who saved Homer but no one knew.  She's very protective of her family. Bart as a leo sun and gemini moon makes sence. Milhouse could be a cancer with an aries moon, he's quite excited and his ego's kinda sensitive. IP: Logged |
