LILYGIRL unregistered	posted February 20, 2007 05:29 PM 1. How tight an orb do you allow to mark a conjunction to a midpoint 2. I have recently been able to print out midpoints with the astrowin software and I note out of a huge number of aspects listed for my natal planets to midpoints only 3 are conjunctions: NEPTUNE Conjunct Asc/MC 0.3 degrees ASC Conjunct Sat/Nep -0.8 degrees CHIRON Conjunct Ven/Asc 0.7 degrees My question is twofold. I have no water in my chart except a singleton Neptune --Scorpio, H11 with H12 also being ruled by Scorpio. And a Pisces Chiron. DO these midpoint conjunctions give my relations a more Neptunian feeling; it feels like it. And (2) I have read that the ASC/MC midpoint is one of the most important midpoints next to SUN/MOON. I am not certain I understand why that would be the case. Any thoughts? IP: Logged
william unregistered	posted February 20, 2007 06:55 PM hi lil, on your first question,i like a orb of 3 degrees ,but that is not set in stone. i think the asc conjunct the saturn/neptune midpoint is very important because it will give a very neptunian influence to your personality.the neptune influence on saturn gives a more fluid ,less rigid personality structure ,which is more receptive to subtle forces.this aspect can also give insecurity or low self esteem if there are other harsh personality aspects.this aspect can also make you a "space case" at times,with probems with self discipline.of course the entire chart must be considered. the importance of the asc/mc midpoint is because it is the point were your perspective/asc interacts with your social power/mc. the moon/sun is condidered important as the sun and moon are considered 2 of the 3 most important planets in a chart william IP: Logged

I also have a secret attractions to persons who are either saviors or total victims....
