Hi everyone I'm new to this site but I've been into astrology for about 6 years now and I initially started researching it when I began to wonder why I was naturally attracted to certain people and why I naturally repelled others and vice versa because I really just wanted EVERYONE to love me, I'm great dammit! lol, So I figured there must be a solution a "formula" to all of it and it's kinda led me here. I've read Love Signs Vol 1 and loved it but I haven'nt been able to apply what I've learned to any of my relationships cause I've been in a bit of a dryspell and I've mucked up any significant ones because of being perfectionistic and highly idealistic...yeah I know. Well my birth time is 2:15 am born in Hawaii island of Oahu city of Waipahu to be exact and I was wondering if anyone can give me any insight as to what that means and who I am in general of course. I'm a Virgo.

Hi & welcome SugaRay,
like me you have sun and mercury in the third house, which means you have an innate need to learn and record, or communicate your original ideas and thoughts in writing, perhaps on the internet, or in offbeat social circles (aspected Uranus in the fifth house). Aspecting Jupiter and Uranus, mercury will express itself exuberantly (eg. desiring a unification formula of natal aspects) and optimistically in ideas, yet defensively/reservedly in unfamiliar settings at times, due to the moon on the ascendant in cancer which can give a strong intuition of facts. Third house saturn can make you articulate, yet over-analytical, whilst venus aspected mars and pluto from the first house highlights a pleasant (charming) expression and appearance, but points towards problems in regards moderating emotional objectivity within relationships.

Wow. thank you solar_third, that amateur analysis of yours was dead on although I don't write as much as I'd like to but I've been drawing as long as I can remember and have a very clear and vivid idea of what I'd like to do in the field of comic book and graphic novels, I think that particular medium can be taken to a level as high as best selling novels through my ideas as an artist. I've been realizing how powerful a "tool" astrology can be when it comes to having a greater understanding of who you are and the people around you, extremely interesting stuff, And i love that theres a sort of structure to all of it but can also be very open-ended because of the variables involved with other planets in a particular chart, Sorry I'm ranting, Thank you again your reply was very helpful. So solar what's YOUR sign? *wink* lol JK.

Hey there peri!, Oh a pisces! you love virgos? well the feelings mutual I've always felt very comfortable around them as with all water signs, I've actually thought about my ex girlfriends in the past and have found that 9 times out of 10 they've been either a scorpio or a pisces I guess it's because I've gotten them to open up moreso with me than anyone else in there life, Which I know is very hard for them, Which I don't take for granted and I feel a strong sense of pride in that.

Thanks. Comic book writing/art makes sense to me, what with a 5th house Uranus. As for my sign, I'm a hetero Pisces male. Have a look through the post archives if you want to learn more as there are some really great articles and resources linked here. The trouble is that there is no sticky facility here to keep the best threads linked from the home page. I think the search facility works, though, so you can use that, or Google your keywords + 'lindaland'.
