I have this opportunity that I am looking at and would really like to see if I can get along with the primary person on the team...

But I think you can still use the romance related compatibility charts, just disregard the Venus-Mars-Chiron aspects, even the moon aspects, and focus instead on the Mercury, sun, Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto, Uranus aspects.

Even in romance charts, everything is not about sex or love. These charts also examine compatible philosophical outlook (jupiter aspects), ability to make money together (jupiter, sometimes pluto, sometimes neptune), being able to work together toward compatible goals (Saturn), how you negotiate power struggles (pluto), excitement and discovery (uranus).
