An emphasized 6th generally indicates a "hard worker", often with issues of guilt and duty that drives you. To stay healthy, learn what is, and what is not your job--so that you do not have to get sick so you can rest.

I have (4) planets in the 6th house.
Moon, Saturn, Uranus, Pluto. Pluto in the 6th makes me extremely self-analytical. I suggest you take come kind of a martial arts class to get your mind off of things. It has been helping me a lot because my issue is that I think and worry way too much. This and being too introspective has made me cynical and depressed for being so hard on myself. Yoga is not good if you're like me because it gives you time to think while you do it.

In the morning, spending some relaxation time has been very helpful to me like letting myself have breakfast-reading-computer (any kind of quiet time) for at least an hour.

By the way, My Ascendant is also in Cancer and so are my 2-3rd house cusps. My IC is in Leo as well.

Taurus/12th, Moon in Scorpio/6th.

Hi Taureanscorpion,

Yoga is great but its hard. The hard part is clearing your mind and letting the thoughts of your to-do list drift out of your mind so you can concentrate on the poses and the feeling it creates in your body. Yoga is meditation in motion. With practice, it gets easier.

I know yoga is not for everyone but I'm glad you found martial arts to help you.

it looks like the mercury in scorp is unaspected? that would make it stand out much more. as it relates to thinking do you focus obsessively on day to day matters, think of going into research, etc.?

edit, all that scorp in the 6th makes me think something akin to OCD. Not to jump to conclusions but do you have any of those traits?
