To those of you who are afraid of being able to see or hear the spirits who have passed on - you need not fear it at all. In time when you start to actively work and understand what they bring to you - you will find it very normal. It just takes some getting used too and also some learning.

I haven't read this whole thread but usually 8th and 12th house planets, espec in trine aspect. Plus Neptune aspects to personal planets. I don't think there is a set *signature* per se, but def neptune would be involved...

Some famous examples: Sylvia Browne, Jeanne Dixon, Arthur Ford, Jane Roberts. James Van Praagh has Jup and Nep conj his NN. John Edward has Nep trine NN as does Uri Geller. An angular Neptune can also show psychism as with Edgar Cayce who was a Pisces and had Neptune conj his MC.

The best medium I've known has H9 Nep in Sco conj MC square Pis NN conj Moon in H1. She also has a Cancer Sun that trines her NN and Moon. She's exactly like The Ghost Whisperer. Souls come to her to give messages through her to their loved ones who have unfinished business.

One example is she was dating a man who was an EMT. He was part of a helicopter rescue on a mountain, and there wasn't enough room for all the people to be rescued. One had to be left behind. He made the choice, and suffered because of it. He couldn't forget the woman that was left behind. He got PTSD from it and had to take a leave of absence. That soul came to her and told her that she wanted him to know that she felt he did the right thing, that she was going to die anyway, and she held no hard feelings about it.

Several people have had readings from her. It's been very healing for them. I was her first reading. It happened unexpectedly and spontaneously. A relative, one of the most important people in my life, appeared to her while we were talking on the phone about that person. We chatted with that soul for 2 hours! She was always psychic, but the mediumship came much later.

Her nodes and my nodes square one another's exactly and her Sun is on my Venus. She was having her nodal return that day, and it happened in early July when the Sun and Mercury were in Cancer. Also, t. Jupiter was on my NN and squaring her nodes.

Thanks, Alma, for posting that article. I have several aspects that bolster intuition, 8H Pisces moon, lots of asteroids in the 8th and 9th houses.

I wanted to mention that I have also had the experience, mentioned on the first page of this thread, of waking up and feeling pinned down. Or, it's like I am dead asleep and wide awake at once.

This is terrifying. I have wanted to scream but can't, wanted to move but can't.
