Does anyone have experience with this aspect in synastry? I'm especially interested in knowing the sexual effects. hehe

Decided to give it one more try huh? In synastry the Pluto tends overwhelm the Moon, at first the Moon is quite taken by the intensity and strong sensual nature. But over time the Moon starts to feel trapped, even the trine between the two can cause problems. Because Pluto likes pin down whatever it gets a hold of. It wants to dominant, big control issues(it quickly spreads from the bedroom to everything else). Thats my experience with it but it was Moon square Pluto.

Ascendant in Cancer

I would think that it being a trine it would be a bit easier to deal with than the square. hrm.

Yeah, I think so too, Neon. But also, different people handle the same aspect differently. Some people are invigorated by squares, some frustrated, some feel comfortable with trines, others find them so easy they don't even feel them. But I think with an aspect like Moon-Pluto, a trine would help make a very intense connection more pleasurable than uncomfortably intense. My guess is that sexually it would produce an easy feeling of deep closeness.

It's really important if the Pluto person has a Scorpio Ascendant or Descendant.

otherwise look to the house Scorpio rules in the Pluto Person and the house Cancer rules in the Moon person and go from there.

A trine is supportive.

linda - I'm curious how it impacts the aspect if the Pluto person has a Scorpio Ascendant?

Hi jane,
It would be the chart ruler so impact would be personal (Ascendant)
Pluto rules Scorpio.

Oh, I think I get it. Since Pluto is generational it only becomes more personal if it's sorta a personal planet for the Pluto person and one way it becomes personal is by being the chart ruler. Is that right?

thats it jane,

the Ascendant represents the physical person, how he looks and how he acts. The ruling planet Represents the Asc. so for Scorpio Rising Pluto affects his "person".

Thanks for the feedback everyone!

I'm the pluto person, pluto trines my Sun and sextiles my ASC, so it is personalized for me. The moon partner is a scorpio rising. I would think he might be a bit more equipped to sense and handle the pluto connection because of this and it might not be so "overwhelming" for him. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

IN the sinastry his moon trines my pluto but in a large orb ( -9a) so dont know if it counts.

Scorp rules my 2nd house and cancer rules his 12 house.
What does that mean is specific?

Hi Diandra,

It would be something like
he makes you feel valued (2nd, self worth, trine)
and you feel familiar and comfortable, someone from his past (karma, 12th)

the tighter the orb, the stronger the connection.

and as always the whole chart must be taken into consideration.

Thank you Lalalinda

Iqunk told me that he is someone from my past life, and i really feel that way with him ( but not any time though hihih )

His karma oposes my moon and my karma trines his sun , so i know we are familiar to each other

I've read that Pluto has the upper hand and that the Moon person is more obsessed, more willing to please, more vulnerable and exposed.. But what about the Pluto person? What does the Pluto feel? What if the Pluto person doesn't have very strong Pluto in their natal? Would they be even MORE possessive and controlling due to not being familiar with the energy in synastry? Or are they in complete control and not that much affected due to the fact that they don't have a jealous nature?

And what if the Moon person has natal Moon/Pluto aspect and their Moon ends up being squared by someone's Pluto. Would they be comfortable with the energy, or go completely nuts lol.

His Pluto trines my Moon - I don't know his side of story, but I am quite fascinated with him, he is in my thoughts all the time..... Am I obsessed - maybe, pretty much, ...yes, I could say I am!
In my natal chart Sun and Pluto are in conjunction so I am "Plutonian" person. He is Scorpio Sun, both have Venus in in Scorpio. Hope this could make him a little obsessed too

hi. i have Moon trine Pluto at 0.01 with someone. i also have a scorpio rising. when i met him it felt 'fated' - that is the best way to describe it. the moment we locked eyes it was like i was destined to be in his life somehow. i didn't feel any sexual/romantic sparks though from this connection, just a 'knowing' that we had destined paths.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about there NOT being any obsession...especially if you're both Plutonian or Scorpionic to begin with, AND you both have Venus in Scorpio. LMAOOOO

You might end up needing restraining orders should things between you go bad. No, I'm kidding.

I had Moon-Pluto in a composite with my first love and....*shudder,shudder; cringe*. When it was good, it was good, when it got bad, it was absolutely horrible. To be fair though we didn't have an easy aspect, but the square instead. But I already have Moon-Pluto going on in my own natal chart, so I don't know if I really want to see ANY Moon-Pluto aspect in my synastry or composite with someone else at this point, I've pretty much had my fill. Now when I see any aspects like that, I immediately think, "RUNNNNN!!!!!" LMAOOOOO
