Let's say.. try and picture a person whose Scorpio rising squares his Moon/Venus/Mars/Uranus and conjuncts his Neptune, what effect would all this have to his/her character?

*i know, i am generalizing here a bit*

hi ^_^ I'd say that ascendant squaring any planets means that your personality needs adjustment with the energies of the other planets. In this case, that person needs adjustment between his/her personality and his/her emotions (Moon), loving nature and values (Venus), action/passion/anger (Mars), and freedom/rebel side/friendships (Uranus). Having ascendant conjunct Neptune means that your personality is at ease with your ideals and dreams. ^_^
