Which one is more obsessive?
A V/P conjunction with a V/P square in the Davison
OR
A V/P square with a V/P conjunction in the composite?

not sure in those charts, but aspects between person A's Venus and B's Pluto, or the reverse, are generally something to be avoided.

Aspects between these two in a natal chart generally refer to some type of sexual abuse--the positive ones may be the "mild" form of treating one gender as better than the other, but it is still sexual abuse.
