I posted this in the Soul Unions forum, but it's probably more of a general question than a personal one.
What does it mean when someone's Pluto is in their partner's 12th house? Who feels the regenerating energy (life or death kinda thing connected to Pluto) more?

This is just a personal opinion, based on personal experience. Just so you know.
The house person feels the planet's energy in the life sector it rules (he/she would feel the need to transform 12th house issues, because of the Pluto person's presence in his/her life), while the planet person feels "compelled" to influence the house person in the 12th house matters, using Plutonian energy. They BOTH feel it, but the house person is, in my opinion, more affected - it is the "passive", "receptive" part - while the planet person is more the "active", "giving" part. The planet person has the opportunity to chose wether to influence the house person or nor, while the house person feels influenced even if he/she doesn't want to be.
Anyway, Pluto in someone's 12th house is karmic.

Sorry I can't explain to you what it means, but I wanted to comment that a friend and I share this synastry and he's always told me that he feels our relationship is related to karma. I do believe we have a spiritual connection as my Venus is also in his 12th house. We feel like we knew each other before. Hope that helps.

I have this placement with my ex, that's why I ask. He always tells me that it's our karma that brought us together in the first place. I am the Pluto and he's the "house". His moon is in my 12th house as well, is that karmic also?

I'm really new to astrology, but I believe all 12th house matters are of karmic nature from the things I've been reading. Also anyone who has planets in your 12th house (hidden enemies, spiritual matters)can either help you or destroy you it's for you to grow spiritually. It depends on how you look at it. If you don't mind me asking why are you and the ex still close?

Yes, that is karmic, as well. As Kay Libra said, planets in 12th house are karmic indicators. Generally, the "water" houses (4,8,12) are very sensitive and your partner's planets placed here will have a huge, deep impact on you. They also make a relationship painful to break, unfortunately. I hope in your case it wasn't so bad.

Me and my ex have planets in 8th and 12th, and 4th. I was reading the sexual obsession topic and after that, I looked to see if we had any personal planets in 8th house and I have my mars and sun in his 8th and his mercury and venus in my 8th. His pluto is in my 4th house. His saturn also conjuncts my sun, so yes, the relationship is very hard to break. Kay Libra, I dont know why we are so close. It's a gift and a curse, in my opinion.

Ok... answer me this: are there any planets conjuncting his or your South Node? Please check the parallels, as well - they have a strong word to say, maybe even bigger than simple aspects in fated relationships [personal opinion]. Also check for asteroid KARMA (3811) and maybe the Part of Fate (Karma).
The planets that conjunct/parallel the SN, Karma or POK could indicate what kind of relationship you guys had in the past.

I have no idea what is south node is...I mean, obviously it's the opposite of his north node right?? Because if that is the case, his south node would be Taurus, I dont know how many degrees but it would conjunct my Venus. As for me, my north node is Taurus which would mean my south node is Scorpio. I do have several parallels with him, one with Pluto...can't really remember which it is in parallel to but Im sure it is a personal planet (either Venus or Mars). I have no idea when it comes to asteroids....but here is mine and his birth details, since I know so little..

me: 6.28.1985 manila, philippines
him: 2.28.1976 phoenix, arizona USA

Well, I took a look a few days ago and the most shocking thing I noticed was that you guys have NN opposite NN - I'm not really sure if you guys are "finished". I never came across this aspect before, but I think you both have to learn a lot from each other and it will only be over when one (or hopefully both) of you will have learnt the lessons and would want to move on.
Your Venus is conj his SN - in the books I've read on this, they say this is the mark of past life lovers (you also have... *I hope I'm not wrong, I am writing them from my memory* Amor and I think Juno parallel his SN... or Union, I don't know- but it indicated to me you guys had a love affair in a past existance). They also said the planet person is the one who has the karmic debt...
What do you feel about this?

I don't know if this helped you in any way... It seems you guys still need to work on your common karma and you have to pay your debt to him. I hope everything will work out alright for you guys.
Take care!

Izo

So Im the planet person? This would make sense, since I feel like I am paying for something that I don't deserve at all in this lifetime. When we first met he told me that he felt he'd been with me before which really struck me because I was feeling the same thing and I didnt want to tell him in fear of sounding too "corny".
Thanks for the info izo, I always felt that we weren't finished yet and now I realize it, the debt does need to be balanced out. Can I ask, where do you check out the info for parallels in synastry or any aspect to asteroids?

Hi, seveneieghtorange!

You can find parallels in astro.com, after you click on that <<get the additional stuff>> button. An Adobe document will be opened. In the Declination column, you'll find some coordonates. Compare them with another person's and only use a 1 degree orb (max 1,5). If both are North or South, it's a parallel aspect; if one is North, the other is South, it's contraparallel. It is said to be similar with conjunctions and oppositions. I find them highly important, both in synastry, as well as in the natals.

Mustang,

I think we all meet people for a reason. And in your case, you probably met this person so he/she could teach you 12th house stuff (spirituality, for instance). It is a very karmic placement.

Yeah,I believe you, Iza. This was a very bad one. My Saturn and uranus fell into his 12th, so it was bad for both of us. Even though I only got the NN in the 12th from him, I feel I had it worse.
