There this 12th house aqua and as much as I want to help she always gives with me problems.

With sun and moon in aqua in the 12th, she is bound to be secretive and self-contained. Add to that pluto in scorpio, in the 8th, and you have one very emotionally reserved and pent up individual.

She will have to trust you before you can help her and with these placements that will prove to be very hard for her. Show her you deserve her trust and respect her. It will take a long time and she will probably test you unmercilessly for proof.

well she use to be on this form but she left because she didn't feel happy some of the responses she got back, when she was asking about something.

I have never meet her in person, i've meet her online and sorta see her as someone who can be helped and should be helped.

I'm not to sure if she trust me completly.. i know she see's me as a person that means no harm to her.
