I wasn't terrified. I've experienced Pluto heavily already to appreciate him for the best and for the worst. I am pretty Plutonian natally, too, so I am somewhat familiar to the feeling. *deleted* IP: Logged |

Izo, love your posts and love your signature.
you are a beautiful person. i hope things work out between you and your twin  some tips: always copy big posts onto word before hitting the 'submit' button. also, if after tht u end up getting a blank page, immediately hit the back button, and try splitting your post into two. also, do open LL in another window/tab to make sure that its not got posted already.

I've just woken up... it's 8.30am here.
And I was so thrilled to see the discussion that ensued after my post - good fun!
Nah Samhain, I wasn't terrified, just teasing you, which all my Sag in the 5th house sometimes has want to do.
With my Sun/Neptune in Scorpio, Leo Rising, Moon in Aries and Venus/Mars/Mercury is Sagittarius I haven't got a frightened bone in my body.
In fact, like you, I love going down into my shadows.
I did want to point out however that Pluto transits don't always have to strip you bare. When Pluto was transiting my Sun/Neptune in 1989 I gave birth to my son, seeing his soul for months before the actual birth. In this instance my Pluto transit was the most upliting and happy experience I could have hoped to have.

Actually Izo, speaking of dreams... oh and just as an aside, being a Sun/Neptune my dreams have always been extremely vivid and very often predictive too (in fact I have a radio show in Australia doing dream interpretations)... but getting back to the point... last night I dreamt that a beautiful guy I'd known years ago died and it was up to me to take his coffin to his grave. (In my dream) his family had a massive catacomb with many tombs and I spent ages wandering around in the catacomb trying to find his resting spot.

Thanks Izo, I love the symbolism in dreams too.
The guy in my dream wasn't anyone I know actually know, or knew, in real life thankfully. But in my dream I felt incredibly sad that I hadn't gotten to know him better before he died, as I realised that he could have been my equal.
I currently have transiting Pluto conjunct my natal Venus and have been attracting men in droves, but no-one I actually want :-(IP: Logged |

Well its a relief not to have terrified anyone in my 'hello I am here' post.
Izo, lots of people get vibes from me. Im basically a ball of radiation that grew limbs. They dont often work them out though. The closest object in my chart to those degrees is my Sun at Scorpio 7. 28 Gemini is in tight square to my Pluto.
Why did you pick those degrees anyway? And when you write 2nd degree, do you mean Scorpio 01 or 02, as Scorpio 00-01 is the first actual degree?

Actually, I admit that even for a fearless person like me, your chart really is quite scary.
I like your description of being a ball of radiation with limbs. Very true no doubt. So do microwave ovens and televisions short circuit as you walk past?

Samhain, It's actually the 3rd degree of Scorpio, if you put it that way. 2deg26, to be more exact, it's where my Saturn is. In my opinion, the conjunction it makes to your Sun is legit. 3deg Gemini is my asteroid Karma, 28deg Gemini is my North Node. Do you have anything in the opposite signs? Oh... Your Pluto squares my NN/SN... Dunno how to feel about this... MORE Pluto action? Phew...
I have my Venus in 18deg47 Taurus, Chiron is at 24deg Taurus ~ do they oppose something in your chart?

Just a quick question on dream interpretation  . 2 black (or at least dark) kittens! It says in the dream dictionary that cats bring trouble...[more trouble?? What's gonna be this time??] but I was so happy to take care of them (they weren't mine) and they were both very affectionate towards me. AND they were an item and also identical [Twin S-Elf?]!! And that was sooooo sweet. I woke up very,very happy for those kittens... And now I read I'm in trouble... What do you think?

Things only blow up when I want them to. Thats because I got my radiation under control. Before then, it wasnt really machines, but people that would blow up when I walked by. What do I do with myself? Well, as I said in my introductory post (top of page 1), Im a magician. Not an illusionist (or stage magician), but the hermetic kind. Im a self-initiate through the works of Franz Bardon. I would probably never join a magical lodge and spend a great deal of my time living the life of a hermit.
I serve to help others magically initiate themselves using astrology. I correspond with many initiates all over the world and help answer their questions and guide them in the early stages of their path.
In particular, I help them understand the work they have to do in striking a magical equilibrium of the elements, and I relate to them the teachings I have regarding the intelligences (angels) which inhabit the earth zone (zodiac) and the spheres (dimensional realms of the planets) and how to evoke them for direct communion.
Other than that, I spend a great deal of my time pursuing the Mystery, and its mysteries, which are drawn to me somewhat magnetically. IZO:

Don't believe that cats mean trouble.
There are a lot of very outdated dream books that are based on superstition.
Cats represent our sensual and sexual instincts, our feminine curiosity and our telepathic and psychic natures. Remember cats must always be "wooed" and never controlled.
Because in your dream you are nurturing the kittens, I see this as you needing to nurture your undeveloped (baby kittens) sensual, feminine and psychic nature into full being.
The Two represent you bringing the dualities of your nature into alignment.

Your chart is near perfect for occult studies.
Firstly, your birthday of 31 is the date of the Hermit.I always use asteroids and your chart is compelling reason to use them. You have Osiris trine Anubis, Isis sextile Pallas, Osiris sq Siva, Sun opp Kaali, Mars quincunx Kaali, True Node trine Neptune,
Aura sq Moon-Venus, Angel conjunct Pallas, Angel sextile Isis, Sekhmet conjunct Uranus and Atlantis conjunct Uranus. Extremely powerful combo! All in 1 degree orbs. Merlin Kaali and Spirit are in a near perfect grand triangle. It would be a crime to not be a magician with such a placement. Yes Izo, buddies. Saturn ruled buddies. Iqhunk: Youre right. I do remember Egypt. Very clearly. And Atlantis. I remember the day it ended, as if it were yesterday.
It still pains me to think of those lost glories.
Ive not used the asteroids because the planets and the intelligences of those planets have always been enough for me. But I do agree with their use as punctuation marks to the natal chart, like the dots above the i and the cross of the t, as it were.
I cannot speak of my experiences as an initiate, it is unwise, and forbidden. But I can tell you that from earliest memory, I knew about the soul, and about the existence of magic. Carol: x I am honoured to meet with such a wise soul. And your point on Pluto is well made. Your son is truly blessed to have a mother who could perceive his soul as it decended the spheres, clothing itself. This is a magic I can only dream of experiencing. Forbidden is the wrong word.One of the hermetic precepts is "Silence is Power". I willingly share the fruits of my experiences with all who would listen. I am open with people about who I am. But whoever praises and boasts about himself and parades his wisdom can never become a true magician. The more you keep silent about your experiences and knowledge without seperating yourself from humanity, the more you will receive a fountain of knowledge.
Anyone who wants to know the secrets of self initiation into hermetic magic, only needs to read the 3 works of Franz Bardon. I will not repeat them because they are out there for you to read. I could have thrown away every other book I ever read on metaphysics and kept these 3 works, and It would be all I need. IP: Logged |

that is an old adage, and we are reaching the end of a cycle, for a new beginning, it is not the same today.on 12-21-2012, the Sun will align with the Galactic center, the center point of our Universe, the womb, so to speak, a doorway to the other worlds opened. This alignment only happens every 26,000 years. Big changes are ahead of Us, as we can see happening all over the World, so, I would have to say I disagree with you..sharing an expereince is not boasting! Yes we are entering the Uranian age, and this calls for greater openness and freedom of expression of the individual, the opening of all the codes. That is why I am here on this forum, and that is why I have shared my path with you here. Ages ago, I would never have dreamed of even revealing that i was a magician. Yes, I recall the ducking stool but thats not why I would have kept quiet.
I understand where you are coming from, and I recognise there are many paths of initiation. The hermetic path of the true magician is a very demanding one and while, through the will of Divine Providence, the Lords of Karma have now lifted restrictions on the sharing of information that was once closely guarded, due to the many appeals of souls who sought the knowledge needed to perfect themselves, there is no change to the fundamental pillars of the hermetic path, one of which advises secrecy on the part of the initiate.
