Topic: Natal Saturn opposite Uranus, need help

I am a relatively new student to astrology, and would REEEEAALLLY appreciate insight as to what work I need to be doing in the next 3 years or so. I don't know exactly how to interpret this, but I do know it's significant. I have Saturn in the 10th opposite Uranus in the 4th natally, and now transits conj the opposite planet (ie, uranus is about conj my natal saturn and transiting saturn is going to be conj my natal uranus!). I also have transiting pluto sitting in my 7th, smack between my 4th and 10th.
What does this all mean? I also have mars and pluto natally in virgo in my 4th.
All I know is that things will come to order in my home, I'm assuming, with energy vibrating with my career and my love life (?). That's the best I can do. The work/home thing is constantly a "struggle" for me, because it always feels like I can never strike a satisfactory balance between the two (usually, work dominates and home order suffers). Please help me sort all this out. *I have also been a bit anxious lately. Nerves. . .
Also, I have always worked in an office environment, and became a body worker in 2003, after a year in a full time massage program. I reverted back to the office work for the weekly paycheck, and in many ways, it is dynamic, gratifying work--but I don't feel on my soul's purpose. Truthfully, I want to write. I ache for time. TIME, to get into writing mode. I never seem to have enough time. Does anyone see any writing potential in my chart? It's a passion, and I have a few stories to tell. Also, if there is potential, is there an opportunity coming anytime in the future? I'm a single mom trying to hold it all together. Not enough ME time. Anything interesting in the relationship dept? B'friend is finally, after nearly 3 years together, becoming more creative, expressive and vocal about a wish to have my son and I move in with him and his daughters. . . wondering what's in the stars for that. . .
