Topic: TO ALL SCORPIO-insiders! How "read" scorpio behavior?

The story goes like this - I (f) am just back from a journey to Berlin, where I was staying for 10 days as part of an application for an art school there. As I had no place to stay the nights, a friend of mine arranged to to stay in the one-room-appartment of a friend of hers, a 30-year-old student - a Scorpio-man. I haven't seen this guy in my life and now I had to sleep'in one room with him! He was very nice at the beginning, spoke more than I usually expect from a man (don't women normally talk more than man), but then, in the next days he just kind of...ignored me- he watched football on TV while I was sitting bored on the sofa. Of course I didn't show that- I acted amused or at least interested and what is more- simply tried not to come home, i.e. at his place earlier than the evening, as I dind't wanted to "stick around" , I felt inconvenient having to be there.
After the ten days I came back home and after I got the results from my application ( I was accepted!) I send him an sms, but I haven't got an answer yet.
My Question : Do you think he acts like that because HE LIKED ME or because HE CAN't STAND ME? I am perplexed!

Maybe it's his usual behaviour? I mean he was polite at the begining out of courtesy and then he got back to his normal behaviour... I am not a Scorpio but this is how I usually am around people I barely know. I am very polite when I meet new people, I want them to feel comfortable but then I am back to my usual self because I am not very talkative or sociable, I like being on my own. (and I don't mean to be offensive or arrogant at all).

Sounds like a typical man to me!!  I think, being a Scorp myself, that if he was "into you" he would have let you know without a doubt.

I don't think its strange for a Scorpio to "be" like that... They swing on a pendulum. I think that if he couldn't STAND you ... you'd probably been asked to leave, shown the door... or he'd not been around at all while you were there out of loyalty to your mutual friend...
Had he LIKED you...(in more than a friendly way).. you'd have known that, too. 
I dated a Scorp.. Sag Moon...Leo Rising and he was never in a real hurry about anything... He was very unreliable for the most part, too.. He had a way of making someone feel "inconvienient".. But then would switch to Mr. Nice guy straight away..
God forbid you question either behavior... 
If he's interested he'll contact you... In typical Scorpio fashion... ie.. right around the time you meet someone else.. or stop thinking about him...which ever comes first...

You'd know if he couldn't stand you. You'd probably be crying right now.
I just think he's indifferent. No offense, with us Scorpios (or at least with ME)...if I'm not head over heels in lust/like/love with someone and I'm not passionately hating someone with every molecule in my body...I generally don't care too much. I'm indifferent.

I'm a Scorpio with a Leo Moon and Sag AC. The way you describe that guy, I'm afraid to admit is *just* like me sometimes. It's not intentional..(could be the Leo influence with the Sagittarian independence) but it happens quite often. But as soon as I'm forgotten about or the person moves on, or replaces me...You can't get me off your arm and I *need* you. ------------------

alanabelleMy son is a Scorp/ Leo Moon/ Aqua Rising He is very much the same way.. He has a Sag Merc as well.. Even at age 7
Not in a hurry...Only wants it when its gone..Very indifferent about lots of stuff.. and growls under his breath one moment and then will be all lovey dovey the next...
He is exhausting but irristable at the same time...
i think you are right about the Leo/Sag influence...The guy i dated had Uranus on that Leo ASC... freedom and independence always came first....

Hey Blue Baby... what's wrong with Venus in Sag??... it's my favourite aspect in my chart (conjuncts Mars in Sag in 5th house)I'm a Scorp, Leo Asc, Moon Aries, Venus/Mars/Merc in Sag and if I was treating someone like that it would be because I wasn't interested in them. Sorry. IP: Logged |

I know a Scorp sun, scorp moon and Gemini ASC and he's like that too. He gives you full attention when speaking to you and then ignores you every other time.
I think it's an act, at least a conscious one.
Perhaps he has a partner and is trying not to give out more signals even though he's interested.IP: Logged |

Just one question...
Does it actually matter to you what he thinks? Apart from him not being a very good host (which I must say is very unusual for Leo Ascendant)... did you feel sorry that he didn't make advances, to you? I'm just curious...IP: Logged |

Scorpio Sun + Leo Asc = Egotistical
issues+Scorpio Moon=He can handle his intensity a bit more then other Scorpios.Egotistical issues+Venus in Sagittarias=total nightmare

LOLI know a man with this combo, except his Venus is in Libra and Mars in Scorpio
Luckily my Scorpio boyfriend doesn't have this combo lolo.
