I just looked at your chart and I was wondering if you had an aquarius placement and I saw your aquarius venus . Usually venus in aquarius people (the ones I've seen) marry or get in a serious relationship later in life but once they find the right person their relationships usually last lifelong. You're just 30, so as an aquarian venus, you still have so much time. You're probably very idealistic about relationships and it's good. To say the truth I'm very impressed by your chart and I'm sure you'll attract the right person.

and you may not *know* how to be there for another without the proper training a relationship provides - accomodating another's needs, trading and negociating, communication, etc.

.. i don't know the answer to that one .. but ..
if that question is giving you a case of the 'blues' .. at the moment ..
then it's likely to be the result *transiting Saturn opposing natal Venus* in your chart ..
( which would have been on-going since late last year )

by mid june ( 14th ) .. that transit will pass ..

transiting Neptune conjoins your natal Venus .. march '07 .. again in january '08 ..
( i.e. transiting Neptune 'conjunct' natal Venus )
maybe research that one ..

Lately this month I've been checking outside to see if there's any possibility but I'm hopeless

Yeah about my Venus in Aqua 12th square Uranus in the 9th, I'm totally into clever, free-spirted open-minded, I know I look for kinda an unique guy..
But some people can't believe that I like those guys! they seem too serious for them

about Venus conjunct you asc & south node AND square your MC/IC axis I should research more about that placement
Ihope it is not hard placement

well the saturn transit is in september, well let's hope that someone shows up hehe
These days I'm interested in someone, but I'm soo hopeless
do you know if june-july transits show any love chance?

Since I was a child, I said I would only fall in love once and that if that ended, that would be it for me. So, I am very careful, because if I fall in love, I ain't going anywhere! And that is scary.

If you could look at my chart and give insight, that would be great! We could also see if we all have similiar aspects or something, because I seriously thought I was an anomaly in this area, even though I know my reasons why I'm this way and it's my choice.

PS - I don't want to be with a dickhat
either...

As for your question, I think my friends have been mostly misinformed and incorrect about the situation. They either assume I do not want a relationship ever, or they assume I'm desperately wanting one and fear talking about their own relationships, because they are afraid I'll be upset (I'm not - I'm single because I haven't met anyone who deserves my love and devotion; they have all been jerks and it was apparent to me). Well, not all of them have been jerks, there was one guy who was great. He treated me really well and was such a nice guy. He was smart and we got each other; unfortunately, I was too young at the time for a relationship and not in the right place emotionally for one.

Anyway, I'm glad it turned out the way it did. I know now more than ever what I am looking for, much more so than when I was young. I shudder to think of how awful my life would be if I were shackled to any past flings. I knew then that they weren't who I was looking for morally, and that we were as incompatible as oil and water. At the time, I liked them and it was fun, but deep down inside I knew they weren't the "one." I think you KNOW. They have similiar values as you and want the same things from their life as you do. You don't have any doubts, well, none that are legitimate, like: They lie, cheat, are unscrupulous or treat you badly. If you have doubts they are rooted in fear of getting hurt and not real issues...that's how you KNOW.

I'll meet the right person when I am ready for it and I meet someone who is genuinely good. And they'll be ready too.

Oh, and don't get me wrong, I've really liked and cared for people. I've even loved them, but more as a friend.

Finally, as far as what people think, I don't care. I care what I think. I'm the only person I have to answer to.

I have had 5 relationships (2 longish term) so not that much for someone who's 35.
I don't do dating, when I meet someone I sum up very quickly if they have long term potential and only take it further if I think they do...
I don't think there's anything wrong with waiting, if necessary, a long time for the right partner. Since I left my daughter's father I've been single for 7 years. Even though it is sometimes very lonely, I'm prepared to wait for 'the one'!

Oh and please don't take this as an insult, but if you need to nurture, buy a dog or a cat! Seriously! I've been raising my daughter without assistance since she was 2, and unless you have an inheritance and a hugely reliable support network, I wouldn't 'choose' to do it alone - it's fxxkin hard work!
I got broody again when my daughter was about 6, and with no man around I bought my puppy, she is my delight and fulfilled all my needs to mother - she is so spoilt and was much easier to toilet train

I hear what you're saying...
I'm only 24 but, I too have never been in a long term relationship... I've never been in love.
I feel like it's never going to happen.
I have always felt like my purpose on this earth was to be a mother. I have worked with kids for years... and I can't wait to have a ton of my own. For now, my doggie will have to do

I would highly recommend online dating services. I think they are one of the *most* honest forms of dating, as long as both people are ACTUALLY honest in their profiles of themselves. I haven't gone down that road yet, but I'm not opposed to it, and I know a bunch of people who have had great success with it.

Good luck & Don't give up, you're only 30!!
