can progressed composite chart aspects between 2 parties be read with approximately the same emphasis as the composite chart aspects?

would be interesting to know?

I think so. It would make sense to me that the progressed chart (of any time) builds upon the basic or natal chart.

If in the composite, there's a Moon/Venus square...and in the progressed composite, there's a Moon/Venus trine... I guess it can be interpreted as even though the basic problems associated with the square still exist between the two people, it (in recent times) has become easier for them to deal with issues related to Moon/Venus connections..

For example: A couple generally has intimacy issues, one person is clicking and the other isn't. When one person is hot and ready, the other is cold as a fish. However, in recent time, it has become easier for them to click. They're found themselves relating to each other on an intimate level more often and find that their expression of intimacy "flows" better than normal. Times when a person goes "Wow, we're getting along so well lately!"

I don't think the progressed CHANGES the issues in the regular composite, I just think it shows how the "composite" or relationship is developing and where the potential for growth is blossoming and where problems may develop. Therefore it makes it equally important to me. I guess it depends on your opinion...some would probably argue that it's not nearly as important as the basic composite.
