I can often guess sun signs, but Pisces suns seem to take on the characteristics of other placements. (I guess it's a Pisces trait to be evasive!) I am a Pisces and everyone guesses me to be a Gemini, which is my moon sign. Just curious to see if anyone else has experienced this! 8th IP: Logged

Also people always misjudge me till they start talking to me. Then they see the pisces stuff. I've actually had people say to me, "oh I thought you were such and such a way. Your not that way!" They almost seem upset with me,lol. I'm not really trying to be any way . So they must pick up on all the cardinal energy and think I'm a cap I guess. Until they ge me to open up a little, i don't think they know what to make of me. Usually they think I'm a more serious person than I really am. So I guess your right the asc and moon stuff is more visable initially. But I don't try to hide. I'm a little shy and I don't try to stand out in day to day life as a rule,but I'm not concious of hiding either. I guess if you think of Pisces as fog, it's not that fog is trying to hide what it does, it's just it's nature to . I'm actually glad my Pisces self is more hidden.It's much too vulnerable for the world to see. Maybe we have an instictual understanding of this and the fog is a degense mechanism. sinderlou unregistered	posted June 25, 2007 01:31 PM uh oh....i am am pisces sun and moon but with a libra asc....if i take on the moon sign of pisces then i would look like a true pisces according to the theory. i don't have much info on the looks of a pisces other than they are soft looking and eyes that stand out, have fine hair but i don't know much more than that. Are there any sites out there with more detail on this? IP: Logged

He has VERY many cappy traits... it's almost like to outsiders he's a cap, but when you really get to know him he's definitely got the pisces there too, it's just not that easy to see at first. I at first may come off as Aqua kind of aloof and cool then once I open up I am warm and inviting, I can make anyone feel comfortable at talking to me and opening up..I think though that can be both Aqua and Pisces.. Sag...which is my moon....I get aquarius often, but rarely pisces, even tho it;s my sun Maybe because it's intercepted...but still IP: Logged
pearlized unregistered	posted June 28, 2007 12:03 AM ^funny i get aquarius a lot also but i have aquarius in the 1st house and i think alot of people are just confused about the starting dates of Pisces. Even after i tell them my birthdate they say "yeah i thought you where an Aquarius!" LOL IP: Logged

He will say one thing and change his mind and change his mind again so you will never know where you stand. Loves space and do his own thing. Gemini Moon is such a tricky moon sign. I find that Gemini Moon people are very chatty, love watching television, love talking on the phone and their cell phone is always on and they are such busy people. IP: Logged

And I think I -really- come off as a mix of my leo and capricorn in the beginning ~ and of course those two would equal: SNOB! haha, I do hold myself aloof and distant in the beginning, but that's only until I meet someone who I believe in, who will understand my sensitive side [Pisces] who admires something that Ive done [then the Leo comes out of hiding "thank you so very much you're so very smart"] or who I love working with, respect, and feel comfy around [Capricorn] -- those are the keys to me! Also, as Pisces - maybe its just me - do you all find that other people sort of "dance around you" instead of vice versa? OK that sounds vague! I mean other people's energy overwhelms you and it's allowed to take its shape, whereas yours makes way for the other person - thus being seen so very differently by so many people because you're essentially giving the people you come into contact with a backdrop to fully show who they are [pos and neg]. This trait gives me the comment all the time of "I can really be myself around you," etc. because I give them so much space to showcase who they are, I don't make demands on how they should act or respond -- as in not making my reality very known. In that way I have never in my life felt that I am a "solid" person around someone else, only when with likeminded people [usually pisces] or when alone -- I feel like thats the only time i can really "breathe." ...... maybe none of that made sense Edit: to actually be "on topic" yes I look very much capricorn, esp as described by elbert wade's site taking the decan into acct IP: Logged

I hear that all the time. that there is an ease around me and that everything feels ok without false pretenses. I feel like I can communicate with anyone and I do. From very wealthy people in high positions to the college kid working at burger king. Everyone is the same to me. As far is the question is concerned.....I guess I would be a Pisces that looks like a pisces. Does anyone have an acurate link to how they are suppose to look? Arnicka...What you said about "absorbing" other people's energies and reflecting them is SO right on! I also get that comment from people saying that they feel comfortable/truly accepted/that they can be themselves, etc. I was told that I'm "parasympathetic," meaning I can feel others' energies. I've been in a few public places where it would overwhelm me and I'd feel claustrophobic. Maybe this is a Pisces thing in general! Great point! 8th IP: Logged

Even if its just say the body type for example. But I really believe we are a mesh of our SUN-MOON-ASC when it comes to appearance. At least from what I have seen so far. The pisces hiding thing sounds really interesting. I just don't know anyone to test it out the theory for myself. IP: Logged
