Is it me, or does it suck?

Uranus, Jupiter, Venus, Pluto and Neptune! And soon Mars! Oh my!

I don't like it. My chart is really influenced by Jupiter. Thank God that ends soon. Jupiter rules expansion and I've been very non-expansive lately.

My chart ruler retrogrades in a month. I can't wait to see what that does.

Neptune is already retro - I swear, I think Neptune rx is making me see myself in a whole new light. I feel like I look different...bad different. Neptune rules illusion, so with it retrograde, is it making me see without a veil, or is it creating a veil? Maybe I just need to get a new haircut or something...

I didn't even know about Uranus. I'm an aqua, so again, great!

How have you been affected?

it sux

Yeah, I read somewhere that the Neptune retro was going to take away all illusions and reveal what is really going on. It made specific mention to seeing yourself in the mirror and not just in a metaphorical sense, but in the sense that you will see your physical self (that seriously needs some sit-ups and more) in reality.

How cruel is THAT?

I actually laid in bed and cried about it either last night or the night before and I had forgotten what I read until you just brought it up. Thank you.

But I also see now that there are some benefits to seeing the real truth without all of our illusions.

So, you read that Neptune could do that. I know I don't look different than I did a few months ago, so I put two and two together.

It does suck. I agree with you that it can be a good thing by making us take action.

Aww...is it that bad?

I wonder what Uranus retro will do?

quote:
If you Sagittarian and Gemini folks are feeling like the weight of the world is on your shoulders now, and things are really bearing down right now--you're right. If you’re beginning to feel the cosmic weight of Jupiter turning stationary retrograde, that’s as it should be. Two weeks before this behemoth turns, we're in the "shadow" period and often times, this period is actually more pressured and dynamic than on the day it turns retrograde or direct! Feeling depressed? Feeling pessimistic? Blue? Hopeless? No wonder. Buck up.

MAKES SO MUCH SENSE! Thanks so much Mustang!

quote:
Those who have had any planets or Ascendant in 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 or 22 degrees of Sagittarius or Gemini are going to be feeling the most PRESSURE, especially those who have 19 degrees, which is the degree that Jupiter turns retrograde on. You may feel like someone has put you into prison. Blocks, walls and unexpected hurdles will be thrown in front of you to stop or at least, slow you down from so much forward momentum.

my sun is 17 degrees Gemini and Saturn is 17 degrees Saggi

quote:
During the retrograde, you may become arrogant, better-than-thou, a know-it-all, or not listen to the wise counsel of spouse, friend or business cohort (and you should, but you won't). You can become small-minded and even mean-minded toward others that you generally, in a Jupiter direct, embrace with prejudice….so be careful in these areas and respect everyone, regardless of how you really feel inside yourself.

OMG so true! I have become sooo mean and its so out of character...

Your posts proved to me that all sag influenced people are feeling the retro Jupiter, and not just the people with degrees that were specified. I am so glad it will be over soon. One more month, woohoo!

It isn't all bad. It has just slowed me down a bit... like pouring water on a fire, but not completely putting it out.

I guess I'm smouldering...

Good Evening, Lalinda. Thanks.

quote:
Mars Retrograde in Cancer
When Mars is retrograde, everyone's thought patterns are more introspective and we tend to think about issues and concerns which relate to the sign involved. With Mars retrograde in Cancer, people with Sun or Moon in Cancer, or Cancer rising, will be especially prone to such introspection. There is little choice but to reconsider personal views and opinions about life, for it presents an opportunity to gain insight into unconscious motivations. Since Cancer is a Cradinal Sign, the other Cardinal Signs, Libra, Capricorn and Aries, will also fel the effects most keenly.

Mars retro in Cancer generates a confused emotional state, placing those most affected at the mercy of the environment. Enthusiasm and inspiration seem muted. Anxieties develop around family issues, urging you to protect all things that make for security, comfort and luxury. Because Mars in Cancer generates a bold, independent and fearless nature, people should restrain the urge to exercise undue or tyrannical authority over everything and everybody within the home. Political leaders should also avoid becoming unduly concerned with homeland security and avoid imposing needless restrictions. This position makes the temper rather uncertain and there is a tendency for people to get restless, being inclined to change occupations.

Beware domestic troubles at home, frequent if not violent scenes and quarrels, child and spouse abuse, etc. It also indicates accidents by fire in the home by carelessness. Indigestion from eating foods that are too spicy is a common problem. While Mars is retrograde, everyone should be sure to drink adequate amounts of water (6-8 glasses daily) and a glass prior to mealtime. This will offset acid indigestion and reduce the tendency to overeat. Potassium iodide drops taken periodically will fight the liability to stomach infection from eating infected meats, chicken, eggs, etc.

Sounds like fun. Boy, am I glad I don't have any planetary trigers on this one!

I don't feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders, however every Sag I know is going through a rough time. I know 2 pregnant Sags. One was dumped by the guy and she's to obsessive. The other one is pregnant and feels as if her life is ruined. She is dealing with her boyfriend's jealousy issues.

The only bad thing is that I noticed my cell phone is acting up.

And it always happens when my boyfriend calls. He keeps getting ****** off thinking I don't want to talk to him...or he thinks I'm with another guy. And it's irritating me.
