He's very smart, mature and motivated... and very "cool" - he is not a "sweet" or "lovable" guy, most of my friends have basically said he seems like a jerk. But, I'm convinced it's got to be a defense mechanism because he speaks very highly of his friends (both male & female) and his family. Although, he seems superficial and he needs to "prove himself" for some reason. He comes on strong with the flattery and compliments. He is definitely a flirt, but I think because he likes the ego boost it gives him. First impression, he wants to be the confident, cocky ******* , but he just doesn't have the self esteem yet.

I think we're both intelligent... The physical attraction is there... and the conversation is very natural, uninhibited. There's just something I can't put my finger on.... and the challenge makes him all the more attractive.....

Any experiences with Pisces men? Any traits I should be aware of? Are aquas/pisces a compatible match?

I think Pisces and Aqua can be a great match, but it really depends on the planets involved in your birth charts as far as individual compatibility.

I think the biggest challenge is dealing with our cerebral, rational, objectiveness... and reconciling that with the trademark Pisces emotionality. Sometimes we come off like Ice Queens to them and sometimes they come off like tedious emotional octupii -- and it sucks for all involved.

Pisces men can be the most tender, sweet, emotionally giving men you would ever met. So sensual and caring and wonderful.... It's hard not to fall madly in love.

A problem with the Pisces men, in my experience, is that they can be duplicitous, manipulative, overly charming and flattering. They convince themselves of their own bullsh#t too often.

I call it Neptunian Delusion! Whenever my ex-husband would do something characteristically Piscean and silly, I would exclaim "Neptunian delusion strikes again!"... and he would be like, shut up! You sound like a star trek nerd or something.... WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN???"... It was funny, lol.

Just be careful that your fish isn't one of those murky bottom dwellers. Pisces lies. Most of the time they're little white lies and self-delusions that don't really hurt anyone, but there is also the type that tells big lies.

They are also extremely sensitive. As an Aqua, you can't possibly fathom the depths of sensitivity a Piscean male holds within him. I intellectually "know", but I don't think I really know. This can bring about beautiful things in a relationship, but it can also cause problems.
